Oddly enough, this is the most delicious cappuccino of the entire trip to Dubai. Strength and temperature - as it should be. Prices are better than Starbucks in the city itself.

It's a good place, but the tables outside , drinking coffee without air conditioning is so-so , and next to it is Baskin Robins ice cream and there is air conditioning 🤷
