Everything works. Excellent coffee, there are various sandwiches and snacks. Fast service and not very many visitors even on a day off.

Incompetent employees who do not know the basics of company policy and coffee business and in a boorish manner refuse to give a glass of water to the order. The barista reacted negatively and made it clear that he was unhappy with the request. It is worth mentioning that the water was never given, in a boorish manner they advised to show what was paid in the receipt.
Why are there such difficulties?! Moreover, offering (!) a glass of water to a paid (!!) cup of coffee is a rule of good form for a barista. I have never refused this request in my life.
In addition, if you position yourself as an international company, it is worth hiring specialists who understand English at least a little, and do not react to attempts to build a dialogue with views full of either universal horror or local anger.
