Respect to all donors!
I am 54 years old. This is only the third time I've donated blood. You know, it took a while to make the decision to donate blood at that age. I understand that by donating blood, donors save lives and help people in need.
When donating blood, I met a respectful attitude for the first time. But on 04/18/2025, when donating blood, it seemed as if the staff had been replaced! Starting from the office where they fill out questionnaires and measure blood pressure, in front of which a large queue of donors has accumulated because some acquaintances were held out of turn. What is this? What kind of nepotism? What kind of disrespect is this for donors who have come to help?! Then, in the office where the blood is taken for analysis, there were two employees, young girls. One of them called out, "Come in one at a time," and named my Fomilia first. I went in and she started lecturing me about my lack of manners, pointing out that I should have missed the girls whose names she named after me. Is that creepy? I am 54 years old and a young lady who is not even 30 years old will lecture me about my upbringing when I started donating blood, as well as those who follow me!!! The second medic was polite and courteous.
Once again, I would like to ask the question, what is this!? This attitude gives the impression that donors come to beg and beg for alms!
Dear Chief Physician, I ask you to restore order! To encourage the staff to be polite and respectful towards donors!
I donate blood 58 times. I have never met a more relaxed staff. I've been sitting outside the door for half an hour, preparing the operating room for blood donation. She should be ready for the arrival of the first donor, not every person is released by the employer before lunch. Put things in order! The only advantage is benevolence. The head of the department, Tatiana Ivanovna, clarified the situation somewhat, and we had a very pleasant conversation. It turns out that on Tuesday it is better not to come early, they are conducting an examination for bacteria in the premises. But then it's probably worth warning donors about this. Write an announcement that blood intake is carried out later on Tuesday for such and such a reason. Show respect to people.
