The station is large, and there are plenty of seats for waiting for the train. It is difficult for those who do not know Chinese to navigate, but it is possible. There is no dubbing in Russian, and there is little dubbing in English. The staff are friendly, they help to sort things out.

The organization of passenger traffic at the highest level. There are a lot of people, but it's not really felt. Toilets, drinking water and boiling water, free places, boutiques and cafes in abundance. Checking documents is a bit annoying, but it also goes quickly.
