The only thing we can say about this place is that when we left Lithuania by train, we came across a very "friendly" border guard, with the great intention of being rude and participating in a verbal altercation - he was at the age of 45, and when we left for central Russia, we came across young border guards - the nicest people.
Polite and respectful Lithuanian border guards check the train quickly, excellent people do not get rude or rude. Unlike Belarusians, who are angry, arrogant and disrespectful to Russian citizens.
The station certainly helps out those who walk across the border, but... There are only 4 trains to Vilnius with a transfer in Kaunas, about 7-10-13-16 hours. The schedule may change, but you won't leave in the evening. There is nothing at the station itself, just a building and rows of seats inside. No cash register, no water to drink. But the most terrible thing is the bridge that must be crossed over the tracks with suitcases, and back and forth. There is no elevator. There is a toilet in front of the entrance to the bridge from the side of the church
