At the moment, the building itself is under renovation. The station is open, trains are running. The people at the checkout are always ready to help. There is little information on destinations and departures and it is not clear, we have to check with the staff.

Repairs are underway in 2025! But the train station is working! You can get to the airport, to Selcuk (to visit Ephesus) and many more places!

It is a historical place, but unfortunately it is not a very reliable point because of the Afghan, Syrian and African friends formed in the neighborhood, my advice to friends with night train tickets is to pay close attention when they come and if possible not to hire a hotel from that area, because there are no very reliable hotels around them..
