I purposely postponed my personal affairs while waiting for delivery. No one from the delivery service got in touch all day. Attempts to get through were unsuccessful. We managed to get through the next day, delivery was offered on May 2, while the order was on April 18. A total of 2 weeks. Refused delivery, as there was no trust, took it personally, incurring additional travel expenses. As a result, one of the 3 instruments was defective. The screw did not work immediately when the button was pressed, but only when it was shaken. Given the seller's personal experience with customers - complete indifference, he deliberately refused the warranty and repaired it himself - when opening the motor, one brush stood unevenly and did not press against the lamellae with a spring. Surprisingly, excellent sellers work in the Baranovichi store, while in the head office the attitude towards customers does not meet expectations.
