We have been contacted 2 times. Dahua video intercom repair. For the first time, they asked me to bring them for diagnosis. As a result, they forgot about our order and the panel lay ready in their office for 4 days, but no one called. The second time (because the panel turned out to be working and the problem was not in it) they have already been sent to the installer. The installer first offered to look at the power supply themselves, because he has a long way to go. Although it is not clear to me what to watch there and if I knew, we would not have contacted the service. And then Vitaly disappeared altogether.

I handed over the rvi camera to the guys to replace the wire, and the power check began to work intermittently.As a result, they froze for two weeks, allegedly there were no wires , they took it away , the wire was changed , but the camera did not work from the network and did not work, But they took 80 rubles , oh yes, they updated the camera software, I wonder why, the cause of the breakdown was not fixed.I brought it a second time, it was frozen for three weeks, as a result I typed it myself, they said we don't know what the reason is, they advised me to connect via POE!!!
I was certainly surprised by such a repair. In general, what I want to say is that they do not have intelligent masters, they purely earn money by selling cameras, etc. those parts suck completely.I do not advise anyone to contact them!!
