I want to leave a review about learning in Stalker Media In August 2024, a workshop was held on the topic "Interviews to determine potential and engagement" and I have something to say. The first thing to note is the professionalism, inner energy and strength of the coaches. These qualities inspire and pull the listener to the top. I want to be able to do the same. As a coach, your power is felt on the material offered to us and on the conduct of classes. Clearly, properly, without water. Valuable information is a cool technique in a super pitch. Secondly, my application of knowledge in practice. I am an entrepreneur and I am in constant interaction with 5 employees. It is important for me to see the "fire in the eyes", the engagement potential of each of them. Thanks to the workshop, I conducted interviews with each current employee, identified the weak and strong qualities of each, and also understood how we can increase engagement. He also showed the benefits of the acquired knowledge in practice and in the first days after training and dozens of interviews, hired 3 new and, importantly, interesting employees. I'm sorry about the way I conducted the interview earlier. I'm afraid to imagine how many potentially cool employees I've missed. I recommend Stalker Media to anyone who wants to develop and deepen their knowledge in the field of management and HR. This training was an important step in my professional path, and I am sure that it will benefit many others. Thanks to the Stalker Media team for this wonderful experience!

In June 2023, she held a workshop on "Emotion-based Personnel management" at Stalker Media. I was very impressed. There is a lot of versatile information, fascinating presentation. The workshop is as informative as possible. Already in the theoretical part there were many small practical cases, and then in the training block, the understanding of the material was supplemented by exercises of various formats. I was familiar with the topic earlier, but during this one event I learned a lot of new things.
