After I received a refusal, the director assured me that he would write a letter to the consul, but he stopped contacting me.But losing money and being rude is not the worst thing in this situation, the worst thing is that the countries of the Schengen area have a common database of refusals, after hitting which there are minimal chances to open a visa somewhere in other embassies in general.I would not wish the enemy to contact such an agency!
