I want to share my experience of being at school 5. To be honest, as a person who once had to visit the Novinki psychiatric hospital, the difference between these places is not much different. At least when I go to school, it's not particularly noticeable that I'm in an educational institution.
Firstly, I got the impression that some teachers tend to underestimate grades. It is often difficult to understand the evaluation criteria, and even when all the requirements are met, the score seems unreasonably low. I would like teachers to explain more clearly why they are lowering scores, if possible without an aggressive tone, and give specific advice on how to improve results.
Secondly, unfortunately, sometimes we have to deal with situations when students are slandered or spread rumors about them, creating a certain credo about them, so to speak. This creates an unhealthy atmosphere in the classroom and negatively affects the emotional state of children. I believe that teachers should more closely monitor compliance with ethical standards and prevent any manifestations of bullying and slander.
As for one of the teachers, Tamara Andreevna, I also have a few comments here. Although Tamara Andreevna is an excellent teacher of the Belarusian language, but her discipline in the classroom, sometimes her methods seem too strict. I would like her to pay more attention to the individual needs of the students and show more understanding to them. She let me go on time from class, and did not delay. As well as a separate request that she change the classroom guidance of her class (10A)
It's a very cool school. Good teaching staff. They will always help the children and parents. Any issue can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
There are no difficulties in the relationship between a teacher and students.
