Why does the administration absolutely not care about the really important problems that occur during the educational process? Why does the teacher urge you to hush up problems or solve them solely on your own?
There are a lot of really antisocial people, and unfortunately you can't do anything about it. If possible, avoid this educational institution.

Hello! Today, on 03/18/2025, from about 20.00 to 22.00, music was playing very loudly through the speakers on the school grounds! I ask the school administration to take measures to maintain order and not allow such loud music for the rehearsals, or to move the rehearsals to the school building. Thanks
