In the year 2021, I tried to get a job at 0.5 percent as a teacher psychologist.
Alas, for some reason I did not come up, although I explained everything. I don't remember if they asked me about these stupid questions, like "where do you live?", "do you rent an apartment?" and other issues that are not related to the skill. However, they demanded some kind of portfolio (I wonder who told the director that a psychologist should have it?)which, in principle, people in my profession do not have. I will assume that she wanted to show her great importance in this way.
I was also confused that only the director asked questions, not allowing me to insert a single word. Therefore, nothing could be learned about the conditions.
It is also worth noting. Requirements a specialist with no work experience, meanwhile I have a small one, but still had it. However, I did not fit, again it is not clear by what criteria.
So I was looking for a job and found the same one again at the same part-time school. I think this means a lot, in particular, that specialists do NOT STAY there.
I am very glad that I " did not fit " for this position.
Probably my experience can help someone in making a decision.

The director looks normal !!!But , in general , he asks a lot of unnecessary questions .The situation in the house is fine, but about the housing situation in the house and who lives with whom - it's already pissed me off.And that you need to work hard to earn a lot in order , let's say (to rent an apartment or something else .) When you are raising a child alone and with health , what is not very good here . You live with a man who helps you with this . And from his salary he can eat 500 rubles of salary for 2 people , not to mention the complexity of the work , for whom how .They begin to tell you off and teach you , on our taxes , to work from a sitting position , jumping from chair to chair .That child that I am not happy with the services, coming out very angry. I have met people with higher education (if she has one ) , people who are delicate , going to a meeting and understanding .I would like to wish that in every school , both teachers show themselves educated and stress-resistant, and school administrators are not aggressive , but have an approach to each student and their parent .So that the student has the mood and desire to come to the school where he feels protected and has the desire and desire to gain knowledge .The witnesses, educated with psychological knowledge of the approach to the student, could put their knowledge into the head of a child who was not yet aware of the existence of a child's life, helped to give a boost to life.Also, to teach children to appreciate and love their lives and respect adults, and even more so who teaches them.After all, we spend the first half of our lives at school , as we were taught , this is the second home -school.But now many values and respect for teachers have been lost .Once upon a time, teachers loved their subjects in Russian.literature was spiritually told about him , about Pushkino , Lermontov .And now even children don 't have enough books and don 't like their subjects.They 'll set the tasks yourself , sit down and figure it out ...That's it!
