We have been serving in this clinic for many years - starting from surgery followed by restoration of the cat, ending with annual vaccinations. Doctors change often, but everyone seems to be literate. Official contracts. SMS reminder about the annual vaccination. Prices are lower than in most clinics in Minsk. Regarding the operation, special thanks to the doctors and administrators for the care and discount on long-term recovery!

The cat was urgently taken to this clinic, dogs bought it at 5 a.m. and it was urgently necessary to help him. Since we are from a small town, we went to Minsk because we thought that they would do everything necessary for my cat there. As a result, a lot of expensive tests, everyone walked like boiled eggs, did nothing, the doctor was woken up only 3 times. They didn't tell me anything about what to do and how to take care of it. The next day, they brought him to our state veterinary clinic and there they dug him up, explained everything and by the evening the cat began to get up and eat. The bottom line is, not always private is the best. And this clinic doesn't deserve a good review. Just extorting money.

On Friday, 11/20/2020, an operation (castration) was performed on Filimonov, but the impressions of visiting the clinic remained very unpleasant! The negative opinion was formed not because of the quality of the staff's work, but because of unreliably provided information. The clinic was contacted on the issue of castration of a male.Having studied prices and reviews in other clinics in advance, we realized that the cost of consumables occupies the main share in the final price.Therefore, when they found out the approximate price, they asked a question:what will be the approximate final price, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE MATERIALS.The answer to this question was received:120-150 rubles. (I indicated the dog's body weight!)After we decided that we would perform castration in this clinic, we called the phone number listed on the website to make an appointment.In a telephone conversation, the final approximate cost was clarified once again, taking into ACCOUNT the MATERIALS, the answer was the same (120-150 rubles).They clarified whether the price would change when paying with the halva installment card, to which the answer was "no".In fact, the clinic charged us 250 rubles. Leaving an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, we realized that we are not the first and obviously not the last with such a problem. Why are people being misled in this way?The operation was carried out as an ordinary one, without force majeure, the calculation is standard, the only "extra" there is a collar for 20 rubles. All the medical staff and the manager shrugged their hands, "You are not the first to complain, we do not know where the director (she runs Instagram and answers calls) takes such prices, everyone complains, but we have no idea, all questions to her." Turning to the director after the operation, we expected to receive a clear answer, but she could not answer us anything specific: "You probably bought something for rehabilitation." But, apart from the protective collar, there was nothing additional in the calculation. Why not announce the real price in advance? Perhaps our choice would have changed after that.How can you make a mistake with the price by almost 2 times? In addition, the next day the dog did not feel very well, we had questions about his health condition, but there was no desire to return to this clinic! I don't advise anyone. No, no, and no again. We had two visitors with us, one had a wound treatment (no more than 1 cm according to the hostess), and the bill was about 40 rubles. There is an opinion that money is more important than reputation in this clinic! I put "stars" in the review only because the doctor did his job.

The dog was put on the table, they didn't really start giving injections, they didn't really tell me what was wrong with the dog. I ask the veterinarian's assistant - what's going on? The assistant tries to answer too briefly, not informative. But then I saw that injections don't cost a lot of money ( that is, they are not even included in the reception) Even after I firmly told them not to give injections, they ran around and continued to give some injections. to which I said that I didn't have that much money, I only took it with me to the reception. The vet looked me in the eye and said, "You have money." After that, she offered me to apply for a loan. I took the dog and left there as soon as possible... I still didn't understand what it was at all.

I've never seen such a terrible veterinary clinic before! My cat had a stomach problem, the clinic was close to our apartment and so we went there. First they measured the temperature, then they needed an ultrasound. My cat started to get scared. The doctor said he would give her a sedative and left. He returned exactly half an hour later, and at that time my cat was very nervous, squeaking, screaming. The doctor didn't care, took care of other animals and left the cat. When he returned half an hour later, the cat was even more scared, not a single doctor came up. Finally, a nurse came and aggressively hit her 3 times. It was tin, just tin! I couldn't help but cry, and the nurse just fainted over the cat. And the worst thing is, they didn't do an ultrasound or a blood test. We returned home, not understanding why my cat was vomiting. You don't know your job, you don't know how to handle animals - don't do veterinary medicine! No one has the right to do this to animals!!!

It's a terrible clinic. Please, if you want to help your pet, do not come there in any case! As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the incompetence and rudeness of the staff, especially doctors and unsanitary conditions specifically in the office where the animals lie after surgery (and perhaps they are carried out there). Our dog had an attack, the bill was running for minutes and after calling all the nearest clinics, they only told us to ‘come'. But this is not because they know how to help the dog, but to make money. Without conducting or prescribing absolutely any tests, they began to diagnose and prescribe a bunch of injections and medications to my dog. The next day, when I had already moved away, I realized that this was nonsense and went to another Veterinarian. It turned out that our dog had a suspicion of a tumor (this is not at all what the doctors there assumed), and these medicines could not be given to her at all, and if I trusted them and did not go to a normal veterinarian, she could die in a week without proper treatment.

But since I trust the doctors of this clinic, I went to their branch on Filimonov 25g. Thank God the branch didn't disappoint me. The same doctors, the same equipment. I saw my familiar doctors, whom my obstinate Elsa trusts. It's not very fast to get there, but it's worth it. I recommend it to everyone.

Disgusting clinic! I called in advance, explained the situation that I had been to the doctor, the cat had an eye problem, an ophthalmologist was needed. The clinic's website lists the services of an ophthalmologist. They said that the doctor sees you until 21:00, come on. We came from another city and FOR WHAT? To hear that we need an OPHTHALMOLOGIST, and they DON'T have one! What was I calling for? Who did I explain the situation to? A robot? We waited in line for an hour. The doctor said that it was not in his line and left the office altogether! They are INADEQUATE there! We contacted by phone, explained that we could arrive only late in the evening, explained the problem: the suspicion that the cat had eaten something inedible, said that we wanted to do an ultrasound, a snapshot, etc. They answered "come". We once again emphasized that we are not from Minsk, we have 50 km to go, whether they work for sure and whether we will be able to receive all services for sure. The girl replied that she didn't care where we were coming from - it wasn't her problem, that she had two higher educations and understood PERFECTLY well what she was doing and what we needed... As a result, we arrived at 19:30, sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, after which at 20:54 we were informed that there would be no X-ray, there would be no ultrasound, they said that they could operate on the cat and immediately find everything superfluous there. At the same time, all this time we were sitting in the clinic with a sick cat, there were only 2 people in front of us in the queue - FOR ALL THESE ONE AND A HALF HOURS WE ALL SAT AND WAITED!!! Why we waited remains a mystery to me (the answers: "everyone is busy now, you will be called" at least sound strange to me). As a result, while we were sitting, we found another 24-hour veterinary clinic 10 km away, with ultrasound, X-rays, operations and normal staff. We spent money, but the cat was cured. I highly recommend not contacting SQ-Lap to people who love their pets.

They give false information by phone - after clarifying by phone (in our case, it was an ultrasound in the evening), we were convinced that there was and we could come after driving 35 km with a sick dog, it turned out on the spot that this procedure was only until 21.00 (although we called at 21.30), we were offered a doctor's examination- after waiting about the doctor did not even examine the dog for an hour, he sat and guessed the diagnoses. An extremely negative attitude remained after the visit. And judging by the fact that the next day we met with "friends in misfortune" in another clinic, we are not the only ones who have this opinion.

They put me on oxygen for an hour.while I was waiting, the doctor came up to me and asked if everything was clear to me according to the appointment. She told me in detail how to dilute the medicine, wrote out a prescription. I asked her to look at her eyes again, because she was blind. The doctor looked at it and said his opinion. There was a trip in the morning, we didn't cancel it and went quietly. Now the animal is on the mend, despite its age and diagnosis of bronchopulmonary pneumonia. I recommend the doctor Tsvilik L. A. Thank you for the human attitude, clear work at night and Dusi. She is dear to us, because we took her from the mountain breeders and came out after multiple motherhood. I did not pay for an appointment, medicines and an hour of oxygen as for an airplane wing, in the same companion, one appointment costs 45p. The rat is considered an exotic animal. And the attitude towards people is normal. There is a polite receptionist at the reception. The only thing is the expensive syringes that I had to buy at night. but they can also be bought at a regular pharmacy. While I was waiting for the rat, they printed out a receipt for all services calmly, because it was important for me to know the cost of oxygen for the future. At the examination, without explaining anything, they said that they needed to inject an antibiotic and asked me if I would do tests! I.e., doctors ask me without telling me why the tests, why, what's with my dog, whether I will do tests. To the question, what is wrong with him? anything can be answered. Therefore, it is necessary to take tests, if they do not show anything, do an ultrasound and something else... I restrained myself so as not to impose obscenities on these stupid girls. I took the dog away, decided that if he was active, his nose was wet and he was eating well, everything would be fine until morning. And in the morning I'll go to another vet clinic, where we usually serve. And oh, a miracle! It turns out that everything is fine with the dog, it's just possible that you need to pickle the worms again. That's it! You don't need to take any tests yet. And even more so, no antibiotics that the girls from SQ-Lap wanted to inject us with. I suspect, judging by all the other comments, that they would have charged us a lot of money for nothing if I had agreed to their services. But worst of all, the dog could suffer from their services. This is what kind of a knacker should be to recommend injecting antibiotics to an animal for no apparent reason!

After that, the doctor began to examine, she poked the hamster's cheek with an ear stick until it bled. After that, based solely on a visual examination, I diagnosed a tumor. When asked what this might be related to, she replied, "Well, I don't know, this has been happening a lot lately." She recommended euthanasia or surgery. After that, doubting the competence of this doctor, we turned to another clinic, where we were diagnosed with "loss of the cheek sac", successfully carried out treatment to correct the sac, at the moment the hamster is alive and feels great, but not thanks to the work of the "specialists" of this clinic

I made an appointment at 16:00 to see a doctor so as not to sit in line and so that the animal would not suffer, and I myself. I arrived at the clinic at the appointed time. I sat in an EMPTY hallway for 25 minutes, then I was called. I was sitting right next to the doctor's office, no one came out of it from the patients. There was only one doctor in the office. The first question arose, knowing the reason for my visit, why it was necessary to torment us in the corridor. Then, staring at the computer monitor, the doctor immediately confirmed without examination that we would euthanize. After another 10 minutes, they brought me the documents to sign and decided to clarify how much money I had, because while I was driving, the cost of Euthanasia increased to 214 rubles and it became necessary to pay another 160 rubles to leave the body. In total, almost 400 rubles. There was no limit to my indignation! How do people have the audacity to deceive people and mock an animal like that? As a result, I said that I had no money and returned home with the cat, who was nervous for more than an hour in vain! Before going to the clinic, I got acquainted with the prices in other places, the price for euthanasia is 35-70 rubles and 60-80 rubles for burial. When I returned home, I decided that I would not go anywhere else and would call a doctor at home. I found Dr. Seth's veterinary clinic on the Internet, agreed on a time and the doctor came to our house. I did everything very carefully, my cat fell asleep peacefully. The doctor found the right words for me, as much as possible. The cost of the procedure cost me 100 + 60 for burial. I do not recommend SQ lap clinic to anyone, inhumane people work in it.

A terrible experience in this clinic! Zoya Viktorovna Shlyakhtina is NOT a doctor!!! Diagnosed the dog without even touching it (wrong, of course!) I watched the dog for a minute and immediately "identified" the problem, and wrote on the computer for 15 minutes. In the end, she almost killed the dog. When I came home and read her conclusion, I had the impression that it was written by a fifth grader. Illiterate! Simply incompetent!!! And people come here hoping that they will be helped. It's good that there are other clinics and qualified doctors!
