We printed out an order for several pictures on thick paper. I paid, just walked out the door and saw that one of the pictures on the sheet was scratched. I came back in a minute later and asked to retype one picture. They retyped it for me and announced the price. I politely asked you to reprint it for free, since I didn't scratch the picture, and you also have a picture in the center that says "If you don't like the quality, we'll reprint it." In the end, the girl said that then you need to reprint the whole sheet for free, not just one photo. The questions arise as follows. I should have guessed that there were some rules about which work would be reprinted for free and which would not? Or did she want to make more money from my ignorance? As a result, the girl retyped, sighed languidly and pointedly remained silent to the phrases "Thank you, please, goodbye." Dear girl, if you read this, I didn't plan to swear, I just wanted you to explain to me what to do in this case. Please explain to employees how to interact with customers. I also didn't like that they didn't check if everything was in order before printing it out. As a result, the pictures came out a little brighter than I threw off the file.
