I have been typing here for a very long time, in general everything was fine and even excellent. But today I faced a wild injustice, I place an order with the previous managers, they understood what I wanted and how. By writing to the new manager that it is necessary to make an a4 menu for an elastic band in a binding. But the manager did not understand me, did not ask clarifying questions, they threw off the bill with the dimensions, called it leaflets printed, coming to pick up an order from another city, I am faced with the fact that the menu is simply printed on a4 double-sided format and it is simply impossible to put it under an elastic band in any way. I explain this to the manager, what the manager tells me, and how could we understand what kind of binding you have. I say that we paid in advance, and in a good way to take away the amount of the wrong printed menu from the new one, I am very disappointed with the work of the managers who did not even think to look at previous orders.

I always ordered a printout of postcards and certificates from them. And in principle not bad, until yesterday. at about 12 o'clock, as always, I sent them one certificate for printing, I was informed that it would be ready the next day. I said that I was ready to pay extra and I ask you to be in time today. To which they said they would try and possibly make it in time. I asked when to come, they said they would write. I thanked them and waited , at 18 they closed and left , no one informed me that they did not have time to do it. in 18, I came to my senses (because I was busy) and they no longer answered, I found a center that works until 21 and printed it out there. There is no service , you can 't promise to try and not even unsubscribe when it doesn 't work out . I'm not going anywhere near them anymore. There is also a place to print in the Melezh 1 building ...
