Overall, I like the store: good prices, a convenient pick-up point, and the online store is fast and clear. But the checkout service is a disaster. On a typical business day, only one of the 4 cash registers is open. The queues are huge, the cashier leaves for additional goods, and the payment process turns into torture. I stood there for half an hour. It seems that there is no control over staff, employees are more concerned about their own comfort than about the convenience of customers. I hope the management will pay attention to this.

I really like the location of this store: it is convenient that it is in the city center. It is not the largest of the sports masters in terms of area, so there is not much choice here. But it is very convenient that on the website you can always see if there is a necessary thing at this address. Plus, you can always order online.
