Advantages: the presence of a gym, a swimming pool and group classes. I really like the coaches.
Minuses: the faucets in the shower rooms should have been replaced long ago, I met a cockroach several times in the shower, the pool is cold. Unreasonably high price. The lockers are terribly uncomfortable and all those who come at the same time are given adjacent lockers, which is very inconvenient, there is little space, it is impossible to change clothes. I don't know how no one got hurt with the overhead lockers. The loyalty system is weak, and there is no pause for subscriptions if, for example, you cannot practice for health reasons yet. I only go because of the coaches and the proximity to home. But I'm considering switching to another gym.

Among the advantages: a fairly large gym, decent exercise equipment, group programs and a swimming pool.
On the downside: the gym equipment is tired, there is not enough ventilation in the corner with the bars, and the shower heads in the men's locker room are not working well. Strange season tickets - for example, it is not possible to take personal training with a discounted package (although this is implemented in other clubs), long-term season tickets are sold without group programs, and group programs are only available in a monthly/one-time subscription. Prices have increased a lot recently (last year there were two increases, this year there is already one), each time it is 20-30 percent (for individual services or as a whole), while the quality of the services themselves is deteriorating - the simulators have been broken for a long time, the shower is not repaired.
Otherwise, it's a good gym. Friendly young administrators, good personal and group program coaches. Swimming pool.

Very good gym and swimming pool.
The gym has all the necessary equipment (new), good ventilation, special thanks to coach Vasily, very pleasant, gives a lot of information and immediately corrects mistakes.
The pool is of course a little small, especially if there is water aerobics and if you swim fast, but the water is very pleasant, everything is clean and overall the pool is very good.

I recently started going to this fitness club, fell in love with the first visit. Stylish, high-quality equipment, cool coaches and very nice girls at the reception, especially Anna and Daria. The changing rooms are comfortable for me, equipped with hair dryers. The pool is just a cannon, the water temperature is as comfortable as possible, as if I went on a second vacation. In a word, super, I'm very glad that I came here to study.

Until other clients started coming up. in front of me, she was openly rude to two women, which was extremely surprising. They communicated with me quite adequately, so I don't find fault. The hall is spacious, for me the ambiguous arrangement and the strange arrangement of mirrors along one wall. But I note that the simulators are not tired, they are arranged according to muscle groups. Disgusting lockers with the letter G. it is inconvenient, there is nowhere to put things. It is unclear which genius came up with this design. By the way, I note that everything is clean and does not smell of anything. The pool is better than expected. Three lanes with a height of 1.3, there are no extraneous odors, mold, sand and other attributes of unkempt pools, for this a separate plus. The overall impression is extremely chaotic, 50/50. If you don't need a swimming pool, but only a gym, I definitely don't recommend it. If there is a pool or group classes, then it is quite on the level. you decide the rest yourself

In the last years that I have been studying in Vitebsk, I have passed many coaches. I can say that Irina Ivanova is a real professional. She understands what she is doing, she knows how to do it right, why it is impossible otherwise, what will happen with a particular exercise, why and how to get in good shape and health. I had no exacerbations of injuries during my entire stay. I fell in love with suspension training, posture correction, total body. Irina is a perfectionist! She works with her own methodology, feels what is needed and when. It's a pity that I came here so late.

I really like the large cardio area. The simulators are all new and good. I can't say anything about the coaches of the gym - I work with the comer (I really like it), everything is clean (I often see that the urns are refreshed, dirt is removed). Everything is clean and comfortable in the pool, and in the showers too. There are sometimes incompetent people at the reception, they serve for a very long time.
Offers:
1. Improve the air conditioning system - in the heat, you can really die from the stuffiness in the hall.
2. If you have already equipped the changing rooms with hair dryers, put more powerful hair dryers - half of them do not work, and the rest half an hour to dry your head!
3. When you go to the pool, there is nowhere to leave the locker key. They put everything on the windowsills... but when there are a lot of people there, it's just a dump… This question has not been thought out very well

This club is the best! A very good location, both for residents of the area and for the city-there is a bus stop nearby!The hall is very spacious (not a basement), there are windows that open, i.e. there is no enclosed space without air + air conditioners + high ceilings! Simulators for all wishes! The admin girls are very friendly, I don't understand why they didn't please someone, (R.S.-reading the comments above), I want to say that they are ALL in their place!They are very pleasant, smiling, just wonderful!!!- SUPER! The gym is great, and so are the coaches. The pool is great. There are nuances, but they are solved. But the reception is something))) everyone I know from sportfamily visitors is laughing at this "service". Girls are like from Soviet stores of the 90s, not that smiles, even "hello" barely squeeze out of themselves. In 50% of cases, they do not greet in principle, not like the first ones. Not even out of rudeness, it is clear that they do not have such a standard. I told them in plain text, they were genuinely surprised🤣 It is clear that they are on their own, no one controls or teaches them. But they are also by nature, apparently, they all fell for the pick - not sociable, not smiling, always busy and gloomy. For six months (3 times a week) I have NEVER found ANY of them in a good mood. The atmosphere at their reception is always tense, as if they were launching a rocket into space, and then you showed up in the hall. And I've heard a lot of feedback from the club's clients. The reviews sound something like this: "What about their faces? "They're always like that."So I hope the management reads the reviews at least on Yandex. And she will conduct training with the staff.
P.S. I used to go to xline, after their reception, you feel some kind of wildness here, although even Euroopt customers would be surprised here, because even there there are MUCH more friendly saleswomen at the checkout.

A HUGE MINUS: a terrible toilet stench on the 2nd floor. Just as the elevator doors open, it immediately feels like I got into a public free toilet. The showers are dirty, you can go in rubber boots so as not to pick up anything.
