On Monday, they call back and ask:Did you call us?! It turns out that the delivery schedule has changed. And it was impossible to warn?! The trampoline arrived only on Tuesday. As a result, they ruined the mood of the children and adults and the weekend. Which is interesting. For some reason, the operator placed the order with a gift (although I refused it), but it never arrived. Apparently he got lost at the operator's cottage.
My wife ordered dumbbells as a gift at the price indicated on the website. The order was placed and... After 2 days, the manager calls back and says that the product is sold at a different price, and the price is on the website, attention - an error! A MISTAKE, CARL! Yes, your whole site is a mistake, as is the store! The review will be updated after contacting the Consumer Rights Society.
I read reviews and understand that the disgusting attitude towards customers and irrelevant information on the site is, apparently, a feature of this store, and for a long time. The product was listed on the website, it was possible to put it in the basket and place an order. Just in case, I decided to call to clarify. They replied that they were not available, that they were just arriving and would be within a month. When I asked why the information on the site is not relevant, I was told, "well, it's not written that we have grids right now." So "available" means something else? What will be delivered in a month? To my bewilderment, they just irritably repeated to me: "They are not available. Goodbye." If it had been specified "for an order of 30 days", I would not have initially spent my time on this store.
Firstly, when placing an order, you can not even expect that the managers will contact you themselves. Secondly, the signature "in stock" on the site does not guarantee that the product will be in stock at all. Thirdly, if you point out these disadvantages to the manager, you get rudeness and accusations in your own direction in response. That you're a bad buyer, that you can't understand that they don't have time to call back, they don't have time to update the site either, but rudeness is just their bonus to buying.
I wanted to put 0, but unfortunately there is no such rating. I made an order 2 times in this store, there were no problems. But the last order was changed (I don't see any other reason!). I made an order for 3 units of sports goods, in addition to the fact that the administrator is rude (raising his voice, which is already too much) She poked my phone in my face, trying to prove that the glowing number of my phone gives some kind of explanation, the order was not mine at all. My request to listen to the order confirmation call on Friday was refused. Question to the head of the company: if you recruit employees who do not want to work for customer orientation, why do you work at all?!
Ordinary people, without pretense and pathos, offer their services to those who, in our difficult time, still manage to take care of their health. They are polite and responsive, advise, and do not delay the ordered goods to the best of their ability - everything is negotiated and agreed upon. I wish the Sports Center team good luck and profit!
