For some reason, the operator placed the order with a gift (although I refused it), but it never arrived. Apparently he got lost at the operator's cottage.
My wife ordered dumbbells as a gift at the price indicated on the website. The order was placed and... After 2 days, the manager calls back and says that the product is sold at a different price, and the price is on the website, attention - an error! A MISTAKE, CARL! I read reviews and understand that the disgusting attitude towards customers and irrelevant information on the site is, apparently, a feature of this store, and for a long time. The product was listed on the website, it was possible to put it in the basket and place an order. Just in case, I decided to call to clarify. They replied that they were not available, that they were just arriving and would be within a month. When I asked why the information on the site is not relevant, I was told, "well, it's not written that we have grids right now." So "available" means something else? What will be delivered in a month? To my bewilderment, they just irritably repeated to me: "They are not available. Goodbye." If it had been specified "for an order of 30 days", I would not have initially spent my time on this store.
