Of the cons: the rooms are heavily smoked, private parking was indicated, in fact - just parking along the street. The street itself is very busy, there are a lot of cars and people in the establishments, it is not clean, although it is close to the center.
On the plus side: you can walk to the Ankara fortress, the staff were ready to help in any situation (both with parking and with air conditioning in the room), the breakfast was decent.
A very nice hotel. Good location. Good breakfast buffet. Wi-Fi is available both in the rooms and in the lobby. Nearby there are shops and a place where you can eat and just have a snack
