I came to the karaoke room with my friend, and for a very long time I chose a place to shoot beautiful videos with good sound. The design is good, although the room is very small. It's pretty good for small concerts.
The entrance has a nice design, red carpet, decor.
At the reception, I am greeted by a bunch of guys, apparently the guards, who ask me to show the bags and leave the water at the entrance, this has already spoiled the first impression a little, the water was in the bag, no one was going to drink it. We walk a little further, there the girl behind the counter meets and escorts us to the hall. At that time, two tables were occupied in the hall, and the first thing that caught my eye was that there were a lot of staff in such a room, given that there weren't many people.
We order drinks for the waiter, he starts to force me to take the dish on the spot, I didn't understand at first... Well, OK, I agreed.
Then begins what happened during the entire time that we were there. As soon as you put a napkin on the table, the waiter immediately runs and starts to collect it, after I smoke one cigarette, he immediately takes the ashtray and does not always bring it back, which then he has to go and take it from the staff table himself. And so it was with absolutely everything, you just drink a glass and they immediately take it away and take it away. There was too much attention from the waiters, there were two of them, they took turns serving, then one, then the other.

The service in the establishment was very strange, the sound insulation in the booths was poor, the kitchen was not very pleasant, the waiter repeatedly forgot about the order. They brought the bill, and as a result, they charged almost 600 thousand more from the card. Neither the cashier nor the waiter noticed their mistake. It took a long time to resolve the issue of a refund. For some reason, the cashier was not at all in place and the whole epic lasted about 40 minutes. If you make such deposits, please provide a normal service in the institution. As I understand it, there were a lot of dissatisfied visitors yesterday. I don't want to return to this institution again.
