I joined Spectr IT on the advice of my neighbors — now I'm advising others myself. The Internet is stable, especially the speed is pleasing — there are no lags even in the evening when everyone is at home. YouTube, Zoom, movies — all without suspensions. I chose a tariff with TV and Allplay — it's convenient that everything is in one. The connection went quickly, the master arrived the next day, conducted everything carefully and explained. Telegram support responds really quickly — I wrote once about configuring the router, they helped in 5 minutes. In general, it is clear that the company is trying, not like some people — "connected and forgotten." I've been using it for several months now, there have been no problems. I hope it stays that way. I recommend it!

By and large, I have no special complaints about the quality of services. Consistently above average or good. However, it often happens that if there are problems with the connection, you cannot get through to the number 712912030 (receiving calls with switching to the constant busy mode is specifically disabled), and the operator in the telegram chat does not respond either. Business owners, pay attention or change the recommendations for the staff themselves.

Data transfer and Internet speed are stable, which is one of the advantages. Among the disadvantages, there are frequent problems with network disconnection from 1 to 3 times a month. When talking to the operator, they report temporary problems and it happens that they are simply not aware of these problems. I would also like to add that most of the people working in this company are competent with their clients and make frequent calls to their clients in order to improve the quality of service, for which I would like to thank them very much.

I called them once a week for 2 months stably, there were constant problems with the Internet, it seemed to be fixed in half, it has been working for half a year, there is no Internet today, I call tech support as a result of 48 minutes of waiting and I am the 4th in line, and then after an hour just resetting the call, I really don't know this is a cell phone the operator dropped it or they did. The very fact that the client cannot get through to the support team for an hour indicates that the provider values its customers "very much". I will say this if there is another provider in your house, then connect another provider.

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of the services provided. The Internet speed leaves much to be desired — it is consistently low and does not meet the stated parameters. Despite switching to a more expensive tariff plan, the situation has not improved. Additionally, I would like to note that the contact phone numbers you provided do not work — both are permanently unavailable. A logical question arises: how did a company with this level of service obtain a license to provide Internet services to the public?

I chose Spectr IT after a long search, and I have never regretted it! I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the connection speed — the application was in the morning, by the evening the Internet was already working. The speed is impressive, even with heavy network usage in the house, everything works smoothly. I would like to note their approach to clients separately. The support really cares: I applied a couple of times for small things, they always solve the issue promptly and politely.

For a couple of days, the Internet was turned off for a few minutes because of the alleged RES (there was no electricity) and equipment in that location (it's worth thinking about additional generators if there is such a problem) Sometimes ping jumps and packets are lost. 21.10 there was a minimum speed of 10mbps, high ping and packet loss due to an alleged UFC match, such as a high load, although the provider should understand in advance and lay down the power in advance, and not wait for everything to fly… So far, I'm not putting a unit, let's see what happens next (I haven't used it for a month yet, and it's already been so much). The only plus is that those.the support does not ignore, but responds promptly enough, I hope the problems will also be solved.

I connected, after 2 hours, interruptions began, every 5 minutes, I will never advise anyone on the Internet, they hung up ads, I just spent 150 thousand and my time while waiting for connection, but I decided to give a chance for a week on this provider , browsers do not open normally , sites lag the Internet constantly , the Internet breaks off today on 01/29/2024 in general 10 p.m. turned off. In general, the rating is 1, do not connect!

Constant excuses: (the RES does not respond, the rain was the fault of the Internet outage, the brigade is in another place, etc.) They do not take responsibility for themselves and do not upgrade the flaps with Internet distributors. To install generators, to ensure the tightness of the Internet distribution site is not about them. In winter, at subzero temperatures, I'm afraid to imagine what excuses there will be. It feels like they don't think about the customers. Personally, I plan to switch to another provider.

He turned off exactly 1.5 months later, without waiting for the end of the billing period. The Internet was cut off several times a day for 10-15 minutes . Ping is about 150-200 ms for some services. It's a hassle. UPD: tech support replied that a large ping is normal. So yes, I applied.

Connected to Spectr IT and EastTelecon(TPS) since 2019. The Internet is mostly stable, the speed is good, technical support responds immediately and tries to help. It happens that the connection disappears, but the recovery is carried out quickly (problems arise for all companies). The main thing is why I connected to them - reasonable prices and for 2019. routers were issued to TPS.

The cable has been disconnected a lot lately, that's okay... About a week ago, after the wind, our TV did not show well, we submitted an application yesterday. For tomorrow, that is, today, when the master arrived, the TV began to show better. But as soon as he climbed on a pole and was doing something, our second TV started to show with interference, very bad, it's just impossible to watch. We asked the master to leave us the original state of the TV, but he couldn't. After all, the second TV worked without problems before the arrival of the master, it became worse after him. Summer holidays started just today, what should children do in the summer without a TV? Moreover, the quarantine has not yet been lifted. The children were interested in educational, educational and entertainment programs, and often engaged in online lessons...Even the administration also did not want to resolve this issue, in the end they no longer wanted to listen and understand the situation. They just started hanging up. It was very disappointing, the problem is that this time they did not do their job well and did not want to help in any way. We pay money for it. Up to this point, everything was fine with us, but today they just brought us to tears. Very sorry...
