The staff (not counting the office, for 1) how many windows and doors were put up, jambs come out everywhere, which are in no hurry to eliminate. The last window did not get the measurer at all with the size. PVC doors were installed so that they go to adjust for 2 years (they can not adjust to the end in any way), as in previous reviews, teams of installers come and breed you to foam. The waiting time will always be longer than you are told in the office. The measurer may not care about your plans and not arrive at the appointed time.

Do not contact this company in the city of Pinsk!!! The disgusting quality of window installation!! At the same time, the girl who introduced herself as the director of the company answered all the questions that she did not know anything and everything needed to be discussed with the installer, and that once they signed the "percentage", then you can keep all your claims! And at the end of the conversation, the "director" stated that I needed to buy materials and pay the installer for the work, and then they would come and fix their window installation jambs!!! So look for another window installation company in the city of Pinsk!

Drafting a contract in the office. Everything is transparent and understandable, if you forgot to take something into account, everyone will ask. After the agreement, we had to wait 7 days. They called and warned me that the installation was tomorrow. We arrived at the scheduled time. Well done. The work is 100% done. I was very satisfied

Terrible attitude towards customers. The measurer was called, they said that he would arrive on Wednesday from 9 to 10. He didn't come. We call back, they say that for some reason we are scheduled for Thursday. OK, we're waiting for Thursday. Again, no one and we call back again. They answer that they will sort it out now and call back. Naturally, no one called back. Fortunately, there are still many window companies in Bobruisk that treat their customers much better. I don't recommend it.

Having made an order for a frame measurer, she warned about the need to dismantle the cladding and that she agreed to pay for it. The arrival of the measurer was changed several times for far-fetched reasons, without any apologies. The measurer is a rare boor. The impression is that I was visited by the tsar, and not by an ordinary worker. He left nothing but humiliation behind. I turned to the manager, telling him about the inadmissibility of such a "job" of the measurer. She promised to sort it out and call back, but she hasn't heard from the company for more than a month. As a result, I ordered a frame from a competitor company. I am very happy with my work. The absolute opposite of the would-be Spatrating company. For such work as these scammers, it would be necessary to take away the license. Yes, it is a pity that in Bobruisk it is rudeness that for some reason prevails among private owners. Who knows why? Apparently, the proverb "Fish rots from the head" is right.

A pure water scam! They lure you with promotions and discounts, but in reality this is a complete scam! Deception! I ordered a balcony frame, they didn't make any promised discounts, they cheated. Mom ordered a frame of exactly the same size from the same profile from another company, everything was done much more accurately and the cost is 120 rubles cheaper! And in addition to the inflated cost, I also had the shutters installed at different levels! I called and asked them to come and fix their joint, but the cart is still there! I do not advise contacting this company! Consumers are being deceived there and the quality is not up to par!

The most terrible company on the market in this service sector!We ordered a metal entrance door, refused to install and climb to the floor. No one adjusted to us, they called a week later and said the door would be in 40 minutes, or we would lift it ourselves or you would wait 2-4 weeks. There was no way to raise it ourselves in such a short time, I had to agree. At the conclusion of the contract, the manager offered the same prices for delivery and installation, the installer doubled them on measurement. What's more interesting is that the company assured that it checks the product when it receives it and only then delivers it. On the day of delivery, the door was not checked much, only looked at the color so that it was the same and the hinges were on the right side for us. That's why Mom didn't bother, trusted them and signed the acceptance certificate. A week later, defects were discovered during installation: a dent on the box without scratches (could only be obtained during transportation in a package), as well as factory defects: misalignment of anchor holes with holes in the box, plate welding was generally performed in a terrible way by unqualified personnel. A claim was written to them, they called back, said they were accepting the marriage, they dragged it out for 2 weeks, then they refused.
