I am very unhappy with this service. I addressed the problem - 1 cylinder does not work, they made a diagnosis, revealed the omissions of 1 and 4 cylinders, which was already known. They suggested troubleshooting using the "poke" method: 1. The electrical circuit of the ignition coils, 2. The electrical circuit of the injectors, 3. The electrical circuit of the control unit. For this complex - 350 rubles and there is no guarantee that this is the reason. If this is not the case, then the crimping of the system, timing marks, etc. I refused this complex, so you can diagnose it for more than 1 thousand.
An interesting point also came out, I clearly refused these procedures on the phone, but just a couple of minutes later they called me back and said that the ignition coil circuit had been checked and I needed to pay for it. I gave 93 rubles for everything. And the problem in the photo (antifreeze ingress).
It seems that just to get more money from people.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the result of visiting this service.
I arrived with the problem of illuminated icons on the panel (abs and airbag). It is clear that the problem is in these nodes). I did not receive any help, leaving 148 rubles for stating the fact at the end of the entire "diagnostic process" that it is necessary to change the ABS unit (which is not available) and repair the airbags (and this is an additional 180 rubles, because access is very difficult....). That's the whole result. Thank you for the "courteous service"!!!!

Master Cyril zero. I was bullshitting my wife... just getting a divorce for money. We have been servicing the car in this service for five years and this is the first time such a hassle. Pillow error, they said they put a decoy and solved the problem, they took the money, after 2 days the error occurred again. They just erase the mistake and hang up the noodles. You pay for entry and it's a waste of time and money on the way out. Now to the electrician normally, and then back to the rescue to the director. I will bring this Kirill and the electrician to light and prove that they are not competent. They divorced my wife for money. The car was under repair for 8 days when there was only one day's work.

As a woman , I didn 't think to turn back on the spot right away . But after leaving this service, I decided to go to my own place, tested by years and people. Where they looked at everything, explained and corrected someone else's mistake, i.e. the previous master, and without taking money for it. Therefore, judge for yourself. Recommend in terms of tire replacement or camber-convergence-yes, if something more -you need to think carefully. This is just my experience. I made a conclusion - it's not the place that matters, professionalism is important! Especially if it concerns a car. However, as in any other case.

Last year, the radiator was changed in 1 hour of time, and this year, on the same car, the same radiator is already changing for 3 hours for some reason, and accordingly I have to pay 3 times more expensive. But this is all on paper, and in fact the radiator has changed in an hour and is changing now. After voicing my arguments, they reduced the amount for repairs by 100 rubles, thereby admitting that they were engaged in deception! Avoid this "Service".
Updated: The repair was enough for 6,000 thousand km and again antifreeze stains under the car. Representatives still have the tongue to talk about some kind of repair quality.
