A good adequate gym, reasonable prices. There is a shower, mostly there are few queues. I won't say about the coaches, I work on my own.

A good gym. There is everything for fitness and bodybuilding. But after 17.00 there is a full house. Good coaches. Clear. Comfortably. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff.
