Driving instructors are not qualified to train drivers or do not teach them because they do not know anything themselves. My words are confirmed by the results of the final driving test with an inspector. The proposal is to reward those instructors whose drivers have successfully passed the exams and "punish with rubles" instructors who could not prepare a student for the exam with an inspector. There are no questions for theory teachers, and this can be seen from the results of the MREO exam.
