Bus station (Avtogara) "South", one of the three main stations in Burgas (South, Central, West). There are also bus stations serving inner-city routes. Small, cozy, clean, comfortable. It is located in the city center. Near the railway station (on the same square) and the seaport (adjacent). The main pedestrian street of the city begins from the station square – Alexandrovskaya and Bourgasky Primorsky Park. City and intercity buses depart from the bus station. The main intercity destinations are Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, etc., as well as resort areas (Sozopol, Nessebar, Sunny Beach). Transit buses from and to Istanbul stop near the station. The station has been restored to a decent condition relatively recently. The interior is small, but it is quite sufficient to perform the functions that it should correspond to. There is everything that should be available. Waiting room, ticket counters, toilet (paid), free Wi-Fi, of quite satisfactory quality (catches on the street near the platforms), buffet. The train station is never crowded. My impressions are the most positive. I won't say that about other railway stations in the city.
The Varna - Burgas -Istanbul bus was 1.5 hours late to Burgas and the Turkish drivers immediately went to drink coffee, then to the toilet, then to smoke, but they still went. Caught up with a two - hour backlog ? And they didn't try.
