1. Antisocial personalities that worry ordinary customers. The store staff does not react to this in any way. I consider it necessary to call an outfit on such people, especially those who extort money.
2. There is a self-service checkout, but there are problems with the help of a consultant, when the terminal requires confirmation of the refund / weight, you have to wait or go to the store to look for employees, you don't find them and leave the store. Walking through the courtyard, you notice how the employees you were looking for are standing smoking and talking with their friends from the area.

A good store. There was a Soviet unpleasant Grocery store, with moldy fruits on the shelves. The layout has become quite modern and convenient. The only store in the block with self-checkout, which is very cool. It's small in size, of course, but we have such specifics in our area - you can't cram a hypermarket into the square footage of a former bakery.
