The cashier, who does not know how to wear a mask and behaves like a habalka from a village market, suddenly decided to close the cash register at the very rush hour and loudly declared to the whole hall that she would not serve me as the last customer in the queue, standing there for 5 minutes. With this attitude and with 3 working ticket offices with 20 people in line, you go through the woods. Train your staff in basic communication rules and hire adequate cashiers. I'm already silent about the dirty floor, broken milk and a strange smell in the store. I'd better go to Vitalur. It's always clean and the staff is nice.
