If you are walking along the waterfront of the port, be sure to turn deeper, behind the old mosque (very small, but difficult to pass by) there is this wonderful staircase.

Beautiful promenade in the old town of Kaleici. You can go down to the pier from it, and then take the elevator, by the way, in which one of the scenes of the movie "Operation fortuna" With Jason Statham and Hugh Grand was filmed.
