I don't recommend the store or the brand. The attitude towards the customer is not polite. The clothes turned out to be defective. They refused to refund the money, despite the fact that it is legally required. Repairs of up to 3 weeks were offered. I won't buy this brand anymore. There are shops for this money, but with a pleasant attitude to the customer. I read the reviews later. Sorry. I'm not the first one to be unhappy.

I bought a coat on 20.11 in this store, I chose it for a long time. And when the store closed, I decided on the purchase, but I was too hasty with the choice. The seller stated that I can return the item within 14 days without any problems. I was also told that it is winter at sub-zero temperatures. A coat at a cost of 829 rubles, I expected to buy outerwear for the winter, of good quality. After the purchase, I went outside to check if it would warm (it was still November)....but it was cold in it, and winter hadn't started for a minute yet.. I brought the coat back, alas, I tore off the tag, but the receipt was preserved (the torn tag does not prevent the return of the goods, especially since there is a receipt)👍🏼 I decided to think about whether I would wear it, so it lay for a long time, and I went to return it on December 1. To which the seller told me that she could only change it for another thing, and began to convince me that I should keep it. I still decided to think about it and come tomorrow, if anything. Upon arrival the next day, December 2, the seller was negative and even aggressive at the moment, she also said that the coat smelled of my perfume, and the day before there was not a word about it (I did not wear it)! Plus, she said that the coat looks worn, but I tried it on a couple of times and went outside 1 time, is this a high-quality thing that has deteriorated so much after a couple of fittings?They said that they would not change it and they would return the money too! The coat looks new! I will write an application in MARCH! (Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus) Conclusion: I was promised that it would warm at subzero temperatures, but it does not warm in fact. That is, I was just deceived…

I bought a down jacket via Instagram. Paid on Thursday. I wanted a different color initially. I was told that it is available. After a couple of hours, it turned out that he was not there. I got a call and was offered other colors. I chose from what was. Today is Monday. I'm from another city in Belarus. They haven't sent me a down jacket yet... do you see it in a single copy and it needs to be moved from one store to another… This turns out to be a big problem for a person with a car. I was told about moving on Thursday... on Monday, the same song. And since tomorrow is a holiday 07. 112023 , and the mail is not working, it will be sent after the holidays. I'm just in shock!!! Pay and wait for the weather.. . Horror… Kindergarten No respect!!!! To be honest , I already just want to get the money back

I wish I had looked at the reviews of this store earlier. A couple of days ago, I bought a down jacket, arrived home, took off the tag with confidence and was ready to go outside, but after walking from the closet to the hallway, I realized that the down jacket was too long for me and restrained me in movement. 4 days after the purchase, I arrived at the store with the product, receipt and tag, there was a consultant in the store and, apparently, the owner of the store herself. At my request to issue a refund of a brand new product, the owner began to "treat" me. Like, how can they prove that I haven't worn a down jacket these 4 days, because the tag has been removed? Well, what is it, the appearance, the tag is there, the receipt is there. According to the law, they must accept it. She began to put pressure on the fact that she could not accept the product because of the removed tag, and if I want to return the down jacket, I can contact the expert examination or the consumer protection society. But they can go to a meeting with me and exchange the product for something else....I was shocked, I had never seen such an attitude in any store before. I have bought clothes more than once in branded stores and boutiques both in Europe and Minsk, but this is the first time I have met such a brand attitude. They stupidly blackmail the client - either you take something else, or we do not issue a refund. Although the down jacket that I handed over, they will immediately put it into sale, because it is unworn! I took another product, I was not in the mood to "swing" the rights. But the conclusions have been drawn - I will never buy anything in this store again. And she advised all my friends to do the same. Minus a dozen customers due to greed. Business in Belarusian.

Unfortunately, I will not write anything good about this store either. I bought a long down jacket. The specifications indicate that it is designed for -30 degrees. Without removing the tag, I went outside in it (to the balcony) to check whether it would be cold in it or not. In -6 in 10 minutes, I just got stupid. I decided to return it. The refund was refused, of course, since the down jacket was in operation. There were no traces of socks on him, since there were no socks as such, but they found these traces (by the way, the traces were visible only to them). I resigned myself to the lack of return and the fact that I would have to freeze in this jacket all winter. I decided to warn future buyers that the down jacket is not designed for -30, maximum for -10, so that they do not make my mistake. But Tatiana Sorochinskaya successfully deleted my comment and blocked me. After reading the comments below about this store, everything immediately becomes clear. Customer orientation at the lowest level. The director of this store does not care about customers, the main thing is to shake off money from them.

The store was simply amazed by its attitude to the customer.The item did not fit me, I came to make a refund on the same day. I had a card payment, but they didn't have any money at the terminal.. They told me to come the next day, I'm coming again, there's still no money. They do not give any explanations for this situation, they see themselves as brazen and outrageous.I strongly advise against this store.

I didn't like the store. I had previously met him on Instagram and really liked their products. Arriving at the store, I was disappointed, everything turned out to be much more beautiful in the pictures. There is nothing to even look at, and in addition, the sellers there are clearly not trained in good manners.
