Terrible song ordering system. I have to download the app to my phone, register there, connect to the karaoke bar system, and only then can I order a song. But no, I can't, because when there are a lot of people in the establishment, the application constantly throws you out of this karaoke bar system, and you stupidly can't connect to it, order a song, or see the queue of songs. They approached the DJ girl or the admin with this problem, to which she simply shrugged her shoulders and said that this happens when there are a lot of people, and there's nothing you can do about it, you can order through her. System - fire 👍
Further on, the food is generally fine, but far from wow, the dishes are 2-3 points out of 5. The service is a separate story) My plate was taken away from me after the salad, and the waiter asked me to keep the dishes (dirty dishes with which I ate the salad) so that I could continue to eat snacks))) of course, I asked them to just bring me new appliances, as they do in normal establishments) the appliances were brought to me, but I probably should have eaten snacks not over a new clean plate, but over napkins or just over a bare table)))) in general, the waiter was not taught to work at all. It was terrible, thank you, goodbye, we won't be back)

The cuisine is delicious, a large music library! The staff is friendly and knows their job.
The prices are acceptable.
