A good, economical hotel. It is now called Hotel Hacienda. The owner is Indian, sympathizes with Russia (And to me, as a Russian, I did not take a deposit, I gave an adapter for free - our sockets do NOT fit). Clean, not noisy, although near the highway. From the center (Circular Quay- the promenade from the cruise terminal to the walking distance of minutes leisurely.
