Hello, dear head or CEO of Somoy Air .... Please consider the number of flights on the 23rd with a delay of more than 12 hours... And all the passengers were at the airport in advance, so that they could check in on time... Including women with children... There is nothing on the part of the airline or the Airport, or no action has been taken to provide passengers with at least tea or a snack.... I hope this review reaches the airline's executives... The quality of service has dropped just below the limit! Previously, I could complain about the dirty cabin and flight delays are quite noticeable. Now there is a deception with tickets: I bought a business class for an elderly mother, confirmed several times with the airline that the flight will be in business class (including 4 hours before departure). But what would you think..? That's right, the flight arrives without business class. And it would be fine to inform them in advance, apologize and return the money. But again, no! The money is returned after submitting a handwritten application to the office in Dushanbe! And what if you're not in this city??? The result: they cheated on the money, the flight was severely delayed, the airline representatives at the airport and the flight attendants were rude (although I always communicate politely with everyone), the food on board is hardly edible. The impression is disgusting! No respect for people!!

In that case, please explain why you do not have online passenger check-in for a flight?! And if your children and the elderly stood for 2!!! An hour in line to check in for a flight? The East is a delicate matter, and taking into account the wonderful traditions of hospitality and respect for old age, your company wants the best in this regard!!! This is the authority not only of your company, but also of your state !!! Please eliminate the blatant outrage !!! Make online registration, and if it is also in Russian, then you won't get a price at all! Do not disgrace your country, people, at least the President, if he entrusted you with air travel. Respect them by performing your duties perfectly, if you respect them even a little !!! After standing in line for several hours, you don't get particularly good impressions!!!

Their tickets come across when searching in aggregators both as separate and as composite with other airlines. We had to buy a ticket for their own flight from Dushanbe to Delhi. But when you try to buy through a search engine (redirects to the agency), a message appears that tickets are unavailable. Well, you guessed right to call the office in Dushanbe. It turns out that tickets are sold only there. I had to go to the cashier to buy there. Some kind of backwardness.

I do not recommend a terrible airline company , I have already bought a ticket 3 times the flight was postponed , they do not take the tubes , negligent attitude , if I knew that everything was so terrible it would be better to pay extra and buy a ticket to another airline company , I do not recommend this Somon Air PS I will have to do for myself and for these fat people who are sitting there , they don't do anything except eat pilaf there, it would be fine if they took the pipes, but they are even too lazy to do it, krch is tin what kind of people are sitting there..................
