I lived there for a month in a room with a living room and a kitchenette. An induction cooker boils everything in one minute)
A full-fledged refrigerator and a washing machine.
The room has good sound insulation.
It's a 30-second walk from the metro.
All deliveries from talabat and Amazon are lifted to the room.
Cleaning is done every day, bed linen is changed once a week.
The pool is heated in winter, the sauna is small, but heats up quickly.
We stayed for a week. It's quite good for your money. The room has a kitchen with everything you need, a stove, a refrigerator, a toaster. Nearby are cheap supermarkets day to day and the entrance to the red line metro 100 meters from the entrance.
The area is populated by Indians and Pakistanis, there are many cafes with their cuisine nearby. It's a long way to the sea, but it's relatively inexpensive for money.
The location is excellent near the metro , free underground parking is available for hotel guests. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with Socotra island cuisine (see Wikipedia). The room was quite large with a kitchen . There was no bed for the third person, they provided a cot, which was certainly not very convenient.
