The food looked decent, it was delicious. but! This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards a client. The receptionist/waiter girl (I do not know who she is) is rude and unfriendly. We arrived 15 minutes earlier, as agreed, the child went into the hall, and he was rudely answered: wait there! The children were kicked out into the corridor without explaining anything. It was agreed that we could bring our own alcohol for the parents. When my husband brought alcohol for adults, he was loudly remarked in front of all the guests: are you serious? It's a children's holiday! At the same time, the guests felt uncomfortable, and I felt doubly so. All the alcohol was in a box, so it was more convenient to carry, and there were several types of it, we did not know what exactly the guests would want and how many adults would remain.
5-7 minutes before the end of our time, one of the children asked for a latte (the girl is an adult, she is 13 years old). Naturally, we could not refuse him. Our guest asked the bartender to make coffee for the child, to which he was answered:it's time for you to leave! After I came and asked very much, coffee was still made for us, but the child felt awkward, because he heard everything.
There are a lot of good memories from the program itself, but our guests are now discussing only the attitude of the staff towards us.
We used to come to you and karaoke, but now I don't want to.

For 200 rubles of deposit, we were very haughtily pointed to a table where we can sit down, if there are a bunch of empty tables. I sat down at another table to calmly study the menu, from where I was "asked", saying that if they did not move, the deposit would not be refunded, and all of us (also somehow strange, because I was the only one who left the company) would have to leave the institution. As a result, they left and found a normal place with more affordable prices and polite staff. I put 1 for this attitude to customers.
