Great hotel. Nice well-maintained territory. The cuisine is good and varied. The pool is not small. The beach in the village is about 500m away. The passage between Putin's dacha and the dacha of the Government of Abkhazia. Market. There is a Kopeyka store near the hotel. There is everything you need. There's a pharmacy nearby. But the most wonderful thing about this place is the beach and the pine forest. A very wide strip of beach and plus a pine forest. You can lie in it, there's a shadow. The beach is pebbly. Large pebbles are closer to the sea, smaller ones are further from the sea. There is a lot of space. People don't interfere with each other. They were in August 2023 and September 2024. Better in September. It's not hot. The sea was calm in August. It was a little stormy in September. But you can swim. There are paid toilets on the beach. Changing rooms and showers. Bars. Deck chairs. They didn't take them, so I don't know if they're paid or not. Beer, Corn.
The rooms in the hotel are clean. The bed is changed every 5 days.
Wishes for the owners of the hotel: it is advisable to change the bed and clean the room every 3 days, at least, not once but 5 days.
We are going here again in 2025.

The hotel is wonderful with a green area, a warm swimming pool, a dining room.
The homemade food in the dining room is very tasty!!! Special thanks to the cook! The room was very cozy and clean, there is a shop within walking distance, which is very convenient.

We haven't reached home yet, but I really want to share my impressions. Everything is done for people who came to relax on a budget : quiet, the rules are followed (there were no smokers in sight (maybe we were lucky?), well-groomed territory (oasis, paradise), clean pool, almost sterile rooms (linen is changed after 5-6 days), special thanks to the girls working in the kitchen, everything is delicious, the service is excellent. The hostess is sweet , not indifferent
a woman who will listen and react, but it didn't come in handy, thank God. Girls, prosperity and grateful vacationers to you. Thank you for your hard work.

An ideal place to relax with children and not only.
Closed area under video cameras (children will not run away)
Comfortable rooms (there is everything you need) with a snow-white bed and towels. Satellite TV and good Wi-Fi throughout.
There is a dining room with homemade food. The children really like it, they always ate.

We rested at this hotel at the end of May 2022 and at the beginning of June 2023. We were delighted with the rest in 2022. I liked it: always perfectly clean pool, delicious and inexpensive food, clean room, quiet, polite staff, beach and playgrounds within walking distance. The beach is clean, a good store Kopek, cafe Yew and Sunflower. We decided to return to this hotel again, because "there were their own rules". No partying after 22:00, you can not smoke on the territory, interfere with other visitors, run on the lawn, eat and drink near the pool. Plus: the price per 100 rubles per day in relation to last year. Impressions from the rest of 2023: still under the impression ... They booked again very much in advance, after they asked to give up the room to guests from Surgut so that they did not have to run, because they booked late - that's okay. Although then these guests loved noisy gatherings, with songs and other things, although they were with children. Further, even less pleasant news: in a month they write SMS that parking has become paid, it's generally unpleasant. Later it turned out that guests from St. Petersburg were given a discount on this. When you book a second time, and again no room, but unpleasant. They also put up an extra tent, thereby reducing parking, plus the owner's car is special, you can't put your own next to it. Conflicts are solved only by Igor and Elena, the rest do not care, as long as there is revenue. The noise and din at night did not let me sleep. In the morning, Igor with bags at the ready to the trash, only "ding" is heard.
Bottom line: the attitude towards the guests is different, someone can drink- make noise, others must live by the charter and tolerate the riotous nature of rest. Would we like to return to this hotel? Raises a big question. Rather, we will choose other housing. Although the territorial location was perfect for us.

Great hotel, vacationing with children. The beach is within walking distance (as indicated 350 m). When you go to the beach, there are shops and a pharmacy on the way. You can walk around the Musser Nature Reserve, where you have been for many years. sites. Homemade food is prepared in the hotel itself. There are two pools: for the youngest and adults (both clean), there is a shower cabin. There is also a parking lot inside if you arrive by car. There is wifi (catches throughout the territory). Horror, when we checked in, we were recommended a barbecue, we agreed with enthusiasm... The barbecue was terrible, unfinished..straight, the roof was oozing out of the pieces...
if anything, the lights are constantly turned off, they don't have a generator..
Moreover, the cleaner in the room took everything that was bad... It's like not a crime, then they returned it back...(this is the first time- such arrogance)
The kitchen is there, it is impossible. Everything is not tasty... Or it's too salty.
There is nothing really in this village, no cafes or shops ...

Since we are lovers of the sea, we took a clean swim in the pool before leaving. The territory had its own dining room. This is of course a plus. I put 5 stars for the pool on the territory, it really helps out when you don't want to go to the sea! The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, I felt the springs because of this, I woke up not rested. The territory is well maintained! Smoking is allowed only in the smoking room, even by e-mail, and everyone got acquainted there! They prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners, the prices are affordable. Cleaning every 5 days. In general, it is a good hotel, but there is something to work on!

We had a rest in May 2022. We knew that the sea would still be cold, so we were looking for a hotel with a swimming pool. The hotel's swimming pool is excellent – heated, clean (the owner cleans every morning), with a board terrace; nearby there is a shower; sun beds; almost always on the sunny side, but you can lie down under the shade of plants; works without time limit (it's great to wake up with the first rays of the sun and take a dip), at night the automatic switching on of the light is triggered. The owners of the hotel are in love with their hotel – a well-groomed garden, the hotel territory is fragrant with flowers and trees, everywhere you can feel well-groomed and caring. The car was parked in the yard (it was not even locked with a key). There is a veranda in front of each room. The rooms are spacious and clean. We lived in a four-bed room. The beds are comfortable, they do not creak. The linen is clean, changed every three days. There are two towels for each guest – for the body and for the face. The room has a TV – digital TV, however, there are few channels. There is a small refrigerator, an entrance hall, a small closet, two cabinets. There is a toilet and a shower in the bathroom (the pressure is weak, but the water goes well). The water is heated by a water heater. The noise insulation of the rooms is 4, but our neighbors were quiet, so the accommodation was comfortable.
Important!!! There is no possibility to cook on site!!! At first we were very confused, but the hotel has a dining room, after a few days we were happy that we could relax and not cook. The food is good, varied, and the prices are reasonable. The dining room works by the hour, at the same time, at any time you can pour boiling water from a thermal boiler, heat something in the microwave. Alcohol and soft drinks can be purchased in the dining room. There are minimastores not far from the hotel. 7-10 minutes walk to the sea. The beach is clean, there are pebbles on the shore, the water is clear. There are a lot of fish and dolphins.

We have been choosing a hotel for a long time and accidentally stumbled upon this hotel.
We took a chance and did not regret it.
We had a vacation in June 2022 with a large group of children.
This hotel is exclusively for a relaxing holiday, you can't hang out here.
The food is perfect, everything is homemade, not a lot of salt, it's the best for children.
Near the hotel there are shops with pleasant prices and everything you need, a pharmacy within walking distance.
The territory is closed, which is very good.
Snow-capped mountains and pine trees are visible from the windows of the room on the second floors - the view is wonderful.
On the ground floor there is a view of the garden.
Clean swimming pool, well-groomed territory, courteous staff and timely Cleaning!
The beach is literally 10 minutes away, clean, near the military unit.
A little further to go, the Musser Nature Reserve.Playgrounds.We visited a lot of excursions.
We plan to return here next year.

The most ordinary hotel in Abkhazia. Not a hole, that's enough. But you can forget about the service, attitude, etc. There are problems with cleaning and cleanliness. But it will do for Abkhazia. We went to cafes, guest houses nearby and along the coast. The administrator did not like Elena very much, if it were Sochi, I would say that I did not like it at all. Parking is right on site, this is a plus, but in the season you need to play tag there, parking is small. If there are a lot of cars, then the nearest cars will be just a couple of meters away. You have to walk through cars to eat. In general, not everything is bad. We have met a lot of people who have been coming to this guest house for many years. But after Abkhazia we stopped for a couple of days in Sochi. It's better there for this price, of course. And so for Abkhazia, a normal guest house, but nothing special.

We had a rest in July 2022. We were checked in early in the morning, the room was free, without extra charges and we checked out just as early at 7-00, Thanks for that. The room cleaning is terrible. Once every five days. The bed linen is also once every five days, but if soiled, it was changed without problems.This is not enough at sea. There is a basin and a rag in the room, but the staff apparently forgot that we eat to rest, not to clean. Recruit staff, if you don't have enough hands, for the season, with a full hotel you can do it. The pool is clean, we prefer the sea. The chloride smells very good. The food was monotonous, the Peking cabbage salad was served from a cabbage, it was bitter, they did not eat it. Delicious pastries, soups and porridges. On the last day we left at 7 a.m., the kitchen is open from 8-00. I cooked breakfast, they gave us a plate, we ate our own food, but when asked to give cottage cheese, the cook categorically refused, saying, I have so much work, I was very upset, not up to you.
The distance to the sea is really 1 km, no less. The shower works fine. The problem with the light is, if it rains, then there is almost always no light. One day, after a strong frost, we sat without light until the evening, there was a line break. Shops are within walking distance.

We rested at the guest house "Sun of Abkhazia" in late August and early September. There are too many positive reviews, which we fell for! They seemed to greet us kindly and even left dinner. Considering that we were hungry... The dinner was disgusting! Well, we didn't seem to pay attention to it, but they were waiting for us. The rooms are poorly cleaned, dirty bedspreads. Toilet paper leaves much to be desired. When they asked for the dishes, there were such angry looks at us. I had to beg forever, There were no knives, no dishes, no cooking conditions. There is a paid barbecue, microwave and kettle. Do not cut the watermelon, do not ask for a glass. They cook the food themselves. Boiled beets and carrots were cooked deliciously (you just can't spoil it). The rest of the food is just nothing. The child asked for nuggets.....it's better not to take a nightmare... the chicken apparently died of old age. Fried eggs for breakfast, that's the only thing you can take, omelets are no longer worth it. Breakfast starts at 8.00, we are early birds and at this time we were already returning from the sea, with a full hotel, being the third in line, we no longer got what we wanted from the menu. We were told that they cook in very small portions, much less than six pancakes with meat for the whole hotel (((. Lunch is simple and not tasty. The portions are small and the prices are huge. It's good that there was a cafe nearby! The service there is just great! The portions are huge and everything was delicious. We ordered the same thing several times, very tasty! Returning to the hotel service: the pool is small and shallow. The territory is well maintained. Smoking is allowed only in one place at the entrance to the hotel. That's all. This is a huge disadvantage, since people are different. Moreover, there is one small shop and an ashtray, and a lot of people come out. We need to equip the smoking rooms! And not run through the whole hotel at night from the second floor to smoke. For which they took a fine of 1000 rubles. And they did it with such claims!!! The hostess is RUDE!!! They pointed out to her the flaws, dirty bedspreads, disgusting mattresses, the door to the room would not close. And she doesn't care! She snapped and said that it was the price of quality. I booked a room back in the winter of 2022 for the month of August, but on the day of our arrival in August, the receptionist informed me that our reservation had fallen off and they would not be able to check us in, that other people were resting in the room. As a result, we had to agree to go wherever they offered, sleep on a recumbent mattress and take a taxi to the sea. Be careful when planning your stay at this hotel. The rooms are resold before your arrival, and you are told that the reservation has fallen off!!!

In June 2021, we vacationed with our family, lived in 1 room on the 1st floor. Clean and cozy room, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV - everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were no problems with water during the rest. There are 2 heated pools on site, which have been cleaned regularly. The territory itself is surrounded by greenery and flowers. A big plus is that there is a cafe on site. The sea is 3-4 minutes away. There is a shop next to the hotel.
The hotel staff is helpful and friendly.

Absolutely not friendly hosts (the man did not introduce himself and in the question that needed to be solved, said that he was NOBODY!). The owners are Muscovites, which is why, in my opinion, washing costs 200 rubles, barbecue 500 rubles. You will not be able to cook food on your own, well, except for a paid barbecue, and you also need to buy coals, etc. ... There is a dining room, but the food there is disgusting, one lunch was enough for us to get sick stomachs and suffer from wild heartburn! The audibility is terrible. The nearest normal store is a 35-minute walk away! The rooms are not cleaned at all, but the rooms have a basin and a rag, if you want, clean it yourself ... During our vacation, prices at the bar changed 3 times, naturally upward ... The beach is nearby, beautiful, but not well-groomed, there are really a lot of dolphins. I chose the hotel based on reviews and also fell for a bunch of positive ones, but as it turned out, the negative ones are simply deleted and not published. I hope that my review will be left here and people will read it!

We had a rest in May 2021. I really liked it! The room is clean and beautiful, there is a heater, air conditioning, a TV with an abundance of channels for every taste, all amenities and stable wi-fi. As promised, there is an outdoor heated swimming pool on site (open from May 1). The territory is green, very beautiful. The canteen has been open since May 1, tasty and inexpensive. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly, all requests were fulfilled very quickly. The beach is not far away, it is clean, and around the pine trees, however, in early May swimming is an extreme pleasure. We saw dolphins in the sea.

I don't know why there are so many good reviews. Probably bought. We fell for them. As a result, the photo of the room does not correspond to reality at ALL. The walls are all dirty, and the shower curtain is scary to look at. You can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms.
But the most important and disgusting thing is that we were not provided with clean linen upon arrival. We remove the blanket, and there's someone's hair, sand, and the remains of cherries. The receptionist the next day tried to pretend that my husband and I had dirty it, but we were just chasing them. Except none of us have black hair.
In short, I strongly advise against it. No pool will cover such shortcomings.

I understand the owners' desire to hedge their bets and not return the deposit paid two months ago if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in advance. But in our unstable times, it is very difficult to predict 100% rest in advance. I wanted to take my mother to the sea, for the first time in Abkhazia, made a reservation, bought plane tickets, but for health reasons (hypoxia) I had to hand over the tickets and cancel the reservation 21 days in advance.
