I am in this hotel, I have read the reviews, but I understand that the hotel is inexpensive.
Advantages: sea, nature, rooms in building 1 after renovation.
I've read reviews from vacationers, many write that the girls at the reception help solve problems, I wonder what? One answer: you have everything according to the price list. I understand the economy, but you can still go to a meeting...
Cons: (and I'm not one of the moody clients)
Upon arrival, they were sent to the main building, there was a queue at the reception, it turns out they did not come there. They were sent to the sunny Beach building. There are no signs of how to go there, but people with small children.
The room is renovated, but there are only 2 hooks in the bathroom and not a single shelf (the question is where to put the accessories and toothbrushes), I took a glass from the room. There's mold in the shower curtain, and there's mold on the ceiling, too.
The dining room is a 3-course meal, but you won't stay hungry.
There are not enough sun beds near the pool and there are not a few of them, they were simply put aside and it is not clear whether they can be taken or not. It smells very strongly of bleach.
And most importantly, the staff. I've never seen anything like this before, and I repeat, I'm not one to be moody.
The conclusion is that nature and the sea are the most important advantages of this hotel!!!

We rested at the hotel in August 2024, the location is super, the first line, the territory of the botanical garden is large, not very well maintained, but they try, the sea is 20 meters away, the beach is small pebbles + sand, sun beds are only paid, there are 3 cafes and 2 bars on the beach, the sea is clean, the hotel is renovated, modern furniture, good mattresses, hot water around the clock, change of towels on demand, Wi-Fi was only in the toilet in our room, the TV was not shown at all (2nd floor), the staff was polite, friendly.
A huge minus is the Dining room, there is no air conditioning, there is a lot of food, but mostly chicken, beef 2 times a week and fish 3 times, there are almost no desserts and pastries, seasonal fruits in full, soups, porridge, one water, but always CLEAN, wipe every spilled drop, WELL DONE!!!
There is where to walk, a very beautiful Majahed embankment, griffin fountains near the drama theater and much more.
In general, I returned in October)))

We had a vacation in June 2024.
Two stars only for fresh renovation and proximity to the sea.
Otherwise, there are solid disadvantages.
The food was terrible, I had to wait for clean dishes all the time, and there were almost never any glasses at all. The food is tasteless, it's always cold, and if you don't get to the beginning, there's a good chance you won't get it at all. For example, there was often no tasteless instant coffee in the morning.
Our room was so freshly renovated that they didn't have time to put a railing on the balcony, so they checked me in with 3 children at night without even warning me. There was a surprise this morning) There are no complaints about the quality of the room itself, everything is fine
The cleaning is just a shock! For several days, she asked several times just to clean up - they cleaned up on the 4th day of requests.
The beach is nearby, a few minutes walk along a fairly pleasant path. On the beach, you can optionally buy a chaise longue.
