Great location for any driver. There is access to all entrances, you can go around the courtyard to Republic Street, Seifullina Street,Toraigyrova and go down to Bogenbaya Avenue. You can leave Solnechny residential complex in any direction. The location is very convenient, which is important for both the driver and the passenger!!

A terrible contingent lives in this house. There is always garbage in the entrances. The apartments are tiny. There is no place to park in the yard. I wouldn't want to live in a house like this. I rented an apartment there.

The house is warm, the entrance is 1 clean 👍 But the 2nd entrance is terribly dirty. The contingent in the house certainly leaves much to be desired. Many apartments are rented to people who drink without drying out. And there are houses nearby (a hostel, ruins, as after the bombing). The location is good, the infrastructure is developed, but the contingent is so-so
