For such a price with 3 meals a day, you can't find a better place nearby, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is good, there are a lot of places, the rooms are a little "tired", but acceptable. We rested from September 3 to September 11, 2 adults and 1 child (3 years old), the rest turned out well, but there is one THING -a Rotavirus infection, the child vomited for 2 days, went to the hospital, got better, I had diarrhea for 2 days, and my wife is fine. The locals say that it's from the sea, but the neighbor did not swim, and she also has diarrhea with diarrhea... The conclusion is that appliances are poorly washed in the dining room or there are problems with food... But people go for the 9th time and they are doing well, in general, the vacation turned out to be ambiguous....

We had a family vacation three times. It's a great place. There is a place to walk, the beach is dimensionless. The only thing is that local males, concerned about Russian women, get to know each other, regardless of whether she is with her husband, children, or a friend. We were in it from 08.08.24 to 08/25.24 . I liked everything very much. The staff is responsive, they feed you like at home, even better. There were even cabbage rolls, dumplings with cottage cheese, pancakes, dumplings. Soups are different every day, second courses are necessarily a lot of meat, fish. Tea, coffee, compote, sweets. I want to try everything, so I gained weight. The pines and cypresses provide pleasant shade and awesome air. The sea is nearby, the purest. The rooms were cleaned every day. After 2 days, towels were washed. The only thing that is strict is that you can not take food out of the dining room. And that's right. A wonderful boarding house. We'll come again!!!

We had a rest from September 15th to 25th. We had three families, all of us are already 50+. We arrived by train from St. Petersburg to Sukhum, some arrived by car. There is a night attendant at the reception, the young one doesn't really know anything. We left our things and went to the beach at the Rybka cafe. It's already working, the coffee is brewing, the wine is cold. We sat down, rested, and went to check in. They offered us rooms a little different from what we expected. Well, no need to shout and swear. We talked, convinced, and everyone was satisfied. THAT'S IT! Then rest and pleasure. I must say right away that this is not a luxury hotel in Turkey or Egypt. The buffet can also be criticized, but everything is delicious and a lot. There is no alcohol, well, that's good. There is no temptation. Go buy as much as you need, and don't overdo it. By the way, you need to go down the healthy stairs to the store, and then of course climb back up. This is for those who would not like to move a lot. The whole boarding house consists of ladders, lifts, descents. Only the road to the beach is 8 flights of stairs!!! Someone might not like it. We were thrilled. Such cardio! And for those who are looking for a party. This is not for you at all!!! Here is a place for those who love silence and listen to the sea. And the sea surprised us this year. It was quiet, there was a wave. And for two days there was just a storm with strong wind and rain! We went to the White Cliffs. These are the impressions! And in the morning it was quiet again and the sun was shining. I won't write about the numbers. Everything has already been written in other comments. Some people are fine, but others are not. But the cost is also very budgetary. Sea view, the bed is clean, comfortable, the bathroom is clean, cleaned every day, there is air conditioning - what else is needed. A separate song is household water, cold, burning. There's a lot of it, it's clean, go for a swim, at least have a drink. There is a shower and a foot wash on the beach. We are satisfied. It's good if this comment helps someone with their choice. There is no worse way to spoil a vacation.

We rested for 10 days, lived in a standard 2-bed room with a balcony. The room is small, there is a small TV, air conditioner, refrigerator. Among the disadvantages here: the air conditioner is installed incorrectly and blows directly at you, the bathroom smells damp, there is no air freshener and toilet paper holder. The door is also very flimsy and if you do not close it for two turns, then you can safely pull out a fragile girl. In 10 days, the laundry was changed and cleaned once, although the garbage is cleaned every day. The floors are dirty because of this. It seems to me that this should not be the case for the cost that we pay per day. The food in the dining room is delicious, but on the 6th-7th the food became monotonous, a couple of times for lunch and dinner it was the same, in the end I didn't want to eat anything because I was tired. There are no fruits yet (there were only apples or an orange for lunch) and desserts (they are sold separately). A big plus is that the sea is nearby, it takes literally 5 minutes to walk to it. The staff is also friendly. We do not recommend a travel agency on the territory. Everyone is galloping around Europe and they don't tell me anything normally.
On the tour to Ritsa, we did not even stop at the declared points, and on the way back we were put on another bus, which we waited for an hour because the driver did not want to go to the boarding house, although we pay a higher cost than, for example, Gagra.
Still not catching Wi-Fi in the room and everyone is sitting near the reception

Please note that the boarding house is undergoing renovation. We got a fresh new room. There is a problem with check-in and cleaning before check-in, we waited an hour to check in and the room was cleaned only at 19. The food is canteen-style, but very tasty and a lot. There are 4 billiard tables, it's a thrill) There is also a gym. In general, the territory is huge and beautiful, next to Stalin's cottage. Great view from all sides. P.s. don't expect super service from the pension. Enjoy nature!Let's come again!

The boarding house is excellent. Food too. There are 3 dishes of the second course for lunch, 2 types of soup. We were just overeating. There are 2 different cafes by the sea.We loved the Fish cafe. There is also a bar at the boarding house. There's not enough narol there, everyone is sitting in the Fish. Only in the evening there is nowhere to go for a walk.We arrived very happy! No children, no drunken youth. Peace and quiet. Only adults and the elderly. It's bad that there is no kettle in the room, you can't buy food or drink anywhere. But we bought a small teapot. The food was simple, but delicious. I do not recommend it for the spoiled and capricious. And the nuance is that it's a little far from the center, after sunset you need to go back right away, it gets dark quickly, it's already dangerous. This is if you are without a man. And to get there only by minibus. We arrived already in the dark. A scorpion got into our room. The rest of body and soul was a 200% success.

Various activities are held for children (they draw, make crafts). We spent Neptune Day. There are water activities. However, those who like evening parties will be a little boring. Problems with TV and the Internet (very weak, does not catch in the rooms) Wi-Fi is stable only at the administration of the boarding house.

This is the first time we came to this place, so we vaguely understood what to expect. In addition, none of the proposed sites provides the most detailed information) But first things first:
1). We chose to stay in a building on the beach with the expectation that all the pleasures will be within walking distance. If you look through the official VKontakte group of this boarding house, you will find the phrase: "Access to the sea through a SMALL underpass." Guys, 4 floors))) Even I, who was young and active, was not pleasantly impressed by this highlight, let alone my aged parents, who were very tired of such a "vacation" in the end. I remind you, we have not been there yet, and it is impossible to understand from any of the photos how the buildings are located.
2). On the day of arrival, we were greeted by the mind-blowing scent of cat urine😊 Everything seemed to stink-beds, blankets, pillows, carpet. Even we experienced cat owners were suffocating for the first few days. Of course, I had to get used to the latter)) Be prepared for the fact that at least a dozen unattractive pussies are walking around the territory, which breed at an enviable rate. With allergies, it's definitely not worth staying there.
3). We stopped by with the dog. Of the information that could be found on the Internet, there was only the maximum weight of the dog and information about payment (500 rubles per day). As spoiled Russian people, we are used to the fact that they have long been allowed to go to public catering with pocket dogs. We were kicked out of the dining room in disgrace) To the question: "What do we pay 500 rubles a day for?" - we were answered with rolling eyes and a phrase: "The dog will sleep with you in the room, not on the street." It's just that we had never paid for a pet's accommodation before on vacation, although the conditions in those places were much better.
As I understand it, the service fee from the dog also included cleaning the territory from the products of its vital activity. But there is NO place to walk the animal there. There were just paving stones everywhere, and it was a pity to let the dog out on the hot stones on the beach. We got out of it as best we could.
4). Rest in Sunny is definitely not calm. In the cafe, which is located directly under the rooms of the beach building, music can be played until 23:30 or longer. Daily. Loudly.
Also, at 6:00, at 7:00, at 11:00, at 17:00, at 21:00, at 23:00, trains pass right behind the wall of the building. On the first day, we woke up to this noise and thought that the war had reached us)) Of course, this is not the fault of the boarding house itself, but it NEEDS to be warned about this. Even if not on the website, then upon arrival of the guests for sure!
5). Be prepared for the fact that you can only walk on the beach. The territory of the boarding house itself consists of only two paths along the buildings, nothing picturesque... The boarding house is located right along the highway.
A few more little things that we encountered: the TV does not work, daily power outages, smoking areas are everywhere (for some, a plus, of course, but we had a hard time).
For which two stars:
The dining room. It's delicious, a lot, and varied. There were a lot of vegetables, fruits for lunch, meat. Pastries and sweets can be purchased separately.
- Organization of excursions. Unfortunately, I did not find out the name of the girl who is doing this, but everything is very clear and coordinated with her. He will answer all questions, put you on the bus, give you valuable instructions)
Of course, the very nature of Abkhazia is magnificent! The sea was wonderful: warm and calm. It is definitely worth a vacation in this republic, but I advise you to take care of your own comfort and be more picky about choosing a boarding house / holiday home. There are decent places.

безопасно, до моря рукой подать, питание вполне себе нормальное. Овощи, мясо несколько видов и качественное, супы, каши, творог, соусы, напитки. Единственно-из сладостей только пряники, печенье и т.д. , а тортики за отдельную плату. Ну это и к лучшему . В номерах конечно не 5 звёзд, но все необходимое имеется. Даже тазик для постирушек ))). Персонал весь приветливый. Что понравилось - можно перенести пропущенный, например, из-за экскурсии обед на день отъезда и за символическую плату продлить номер до вечера, а не собирать чемодан до 12 и сидеть не пойми где до отъезда.

After a little showdown, we were still provided with what we were promised, well, of course, but the administration left an unpleasant aftertaste. The food in the dining room is monotonous. During the week, there were fruits 2 times, once apples, the second - oranges. Pastries were only sold at the entrance. The staff, namely the canteen administrators, talked as if we had arrived at their house without warning. If you go on an excursion and skip lunch or dinner, they give you a "dry ration", although very sparsely, 2 pieces of bread inside a thin 2 pieces of sausage and the same 2 pieces of cucumber, a small yogurt and 0.5 water. The rooms were cleaned every other day. The garbage was taken out daily. The maids cleaned well. It is very close to the sea to walk along the passage. Its own beach, which is good news. It seems to be nuances, but we will not come to the Sunny boarding house for the second time

The toilet is without a lid from the barrel , the door lock does not work, it stinks of rotten stuff in the block. It 's a terrible place .
