One of the best residential complexes in Almaty, huge territory, greenery, clean air, magnificent mountain views. Underground parking, walking paths, etc...... Everything is just great!!!!

A very beautiful residential complex, especially the courtyard, everything is thought out, trees and shrubs, like in a botanical garden.A well-maintained courtyard, although the snow is not immediately removed, they do not have time, apparently, but there is a problem, repairs are always underway, people are moving into new apartments in Block 4 and there is the sound of drills and hammers in all seasons.

The yard is awesome, lots of flowers, plants, lots of playgrounds and Cool places, but the money is always in the way, saying something, the security here is very strict and attentive, I would even say too much
