Not local, we were passing through Mogilev, the car broke down (oil leaked and problems with the manual transmission). We found this service station through a search engine and asked for help. We described the problem over the phone, and we were booked in a week for diagnosis. I had to return to my hometown without a car and drive back at the specified time to get it repaired. But everything was in vain, as a result, the master said that the oil was flowing from the turbine and expensive repairs were needed, but they could not help with the gearbox. Upset by this news and having wasted a week, we drove the car to another service station, where, in a day of work and sane money, we fixed problems with manual transmission and oil leaks (as a result, it was in the heat exchanger and everything was solved by buying a repair kit).

I do not recommend contacting here, all the work has to be redone in another workshop and, accordingly, pay twice, the rear brake pads of Audi a4v8 2010 were changed, they did not even look and did not say that replacement of cylinders and other parts was required, then they also replaced the rear bearings and asked to see why the rear discs are warming up and again cheating, we we looked at everything, oiled it, blew it - but in the end we did nothing, in another workshop the master fixed everything, replaced it and the car without problems, called Solid Auto and they answered me well, such masters means they are not conscientious. How do you like it? And why should I contact you in this case? Just throw money away? They have not grown to the level of good service. I shouldn't have contacted you, I don't recommend it

They did computer diagnostics, nothing new, more than any Chinese cord or Bluetooth obd 2 adapter will show, they will not tell you, but they will take money for it at the price of such a device from China. Although the diagnosis was done by an auto electrician, it all ended with dry voicing of errors and only, the reasons for what to watch, critical or not, were not mentioned. Therefore, as for diagnostics, it is better to look for specialists who want to help people, and not just take money.

Before the new year, an ABS error caught fire. In another service, after the diagnosis, the hub bearing was sentenced.
I came here to replace the bearing.
Before replacing the bearing, he asked to diagnose the ABS sensors.
A man got into the car, connected a computer. We made a circle of about KM. As a result, the sensor turned out to be faulty.
To finally make sure that it was the sensor and not the wiring, they switched the left and right places.
We connected the computer again, and saw that the magnetic tape in the bearing was working properly.
Without going anywhere, I left the car in the service, and picked it up a couple of hours later.
The men ordered the tedious sensor themselves. We replaced it and erased the error.
I definitely recommend it!!!!

For the experiment, I went to their campsite in three different cars :)) And I didn't make a collapse on one, they always find some obstacles, they say oh, yes, here it is here, in general, you don't have to make a collapse, you need to change the entire suspension :))) I came to a familiar garage attendant who is quite intelligent in this regard, did everything without problems and said that they probably sit without work in Solid Auto. I went to them to change candles and make a trapeze of wipers. The price tag for candles is simply unrealistic and the janitor tried to do it 3 times and everything is not like that, you will travel for 1-2 days, burp again and so I went to them 3 times, went to the garage attendant, he made me a janitor, for the second year everything has been working. Conclusion avoid contact with these people, they will strip you to the skin.

I turned to the car service workers about a strong knock in the back of the car, as a result of which the employee who repaired my car, after examining it on the lift, said that the contents of my trunk might be knocking. 06.10.2022 in the morning, I turned to the car service staff again, having previously cleaned the trunk, with repeated complaints of a strong knock from behind. At the same time, two employees of the car service (one from the order desk, the second from the repair shop) took turns driving with me in a car, because they doubted my words, and also wanted to hear the nature of the knock. After listening, they agreed that the knock was strong, they sorted it out for a long time and as a result said that the reason for the knock was poor-quality brake pads (car repair parts were selected by car service employees and purchased from them, by the way, spare parts of the middle price segment), asked to bring boxes from previously replaced ones and said that they would replace the brakes the pads are under warranty. About 17.00 06.10.2022 I came to pick up the car and, after picking up the car and driving it literally 1 km. I realized that the knock had not gone away. Returning in 5 minutes. I informed the employee of the order desk that the knock had not gone away. The employee drove with me again and agreed that he was knocking. As a result, I was asked to leave the car until tomorrow, they said they would sort it out. 07.10.2022 I called around 4:30 p.m. and asked if I could pick up the car, because I didn't get a call from them. I was told that everything was ready. About 17.00. after picking up the car and driving with an employee of the order desk, I realized that the knock was gone. When I asked what had been done, they told me that the brakes had been run-in and the drums and pads had worn off. At the same time, in the presence of a car service employee, I several times could not turn on second gear and catch the neutral position of the stage, which was caught in two different angles of inclination, i.e. the neutral became as if at an angle of 45 degrees. I was very surprised by this, as well as the fact that the gearbox was unusually soft. But the employee sitting in the car said that the clutch and brakes are not connected in any way, and there should be no questions. When I arrived home, I watched the video recordings of my registrar and saw that the car service employees drove their car onto public roads more than 5 times without my permission, carrying out sharp acceleration and braking, as well as driving at high speed with the parking brake raised. At the same time, from the conversations of the employees on the video, I realized that one of them drives a car with an automatic transmission and is very unaccustomed to mechanics, he himself says this in the video.
10.10.2022. I went to the car service with a complaint about a non-working transmission, tried to leave a claim, which, of course, they did not take from me, but after that the masters began to look at the car right on the street, climbed under the hood, twisted something there, they convinced me for a long time that everything was fine, even had to put me down nearby, to take a ride and show it, although it did not help immediately, but as a result they still said that yes, something was broken, the clutch was not working and they diligently began to advise a good master in Mogilev on gearboxes not from their car service. Further, while I was writing a complaint in the book of comments and suggestions, the working day ended, the masters dispersed, I got into the car and realized that I might not get home, there was no second gear at all, the rest turned on with difficulty. After driving a kilometer, I had to leave the car and continue on foot.
Thus, the activities of the car service staff led to a clutch failure in my car. My version is that most likely an employee who was unaccustomed to riding mechanics turned on the gear with effort without squeezing the clutch, or something was damaged during sudden speed sets and sudden braking, it is still unknown how the gears were switched at the same time. Before contacting the car service on 03.10.2022, I had no problems with the clutch and gearbox, everything worked like clockwork, despite the fact that I have been driving this car for more than 5 years. I will also contact law enforcement agencies about using my car without my permission. The DVR data is saved and available.
So, for my money, they broke my car, spent my nerves, deprived me of a car for more than a week, forced me to convince those who should understand this better than me of breakdowns, and did not even apologize. I do not advise anyone to contact this car service, but if necessary, make out all possible documents, because they give an order for completed work, but they never issue acceptance certificates, they do not want to. By the way, they had previously been repaired for 3-4 years, apparently "carried through", but not a foot there anymore. I really want to upload a video here, but, unfortunately, it does not upload, very large files, probably. But law enforcement officers will definitely see them, do not doubt it!
