The hotel itself is not bad, nice setting and room decoration, but: the photos and the description do not match the reality (I booked a room with fireplace and bath tub and garden view, none of these was presented in the room).
In the sitting area when we checked the sofa was covered with sheets and had a blanket & pillow, as if we were 3 people to live in there (I booked a room for 2 persons)
No windows at all. OK, it is a cave room, but why mislead customers with the false description (at least on booking.com)
I mentioned that I had a special occasion, a b-day, no compliments from the hotel.
The stuff is nice, but useless : I called and asked for glaces and I was told to come over to pick them by myself in my restaurant. And I did so, but was told by a hostess that somebody will bring them to my room. So I went back and waited.. and waited.. after half an hour I came back and found out that they forgot my room number..
The breakfast is a bit less than ok. Turkish style but I have seen and eaten much better, not tasty, so we did go for breakfast in other places
And on the top of that the fist day of our arrival, that was early in the morning after a night flight we were waked up 3 times by phone calls ftom the reception and cleaning services.
On top of that the transfer organized by the hotel was twice more expensive and with a stop over in Goreme and change of vehicle, so we finally got to the hotel after dropping off the passengers of the whole bus twice..
Car rental was offered for a normal manual car (without specification!!) also more expensive than from the Ugrup city car rental. It is OK to be more expensive, but details about the car should be provided in advance!
Nice hotel, interesting idea, rooms in caves. The breakfasts are meager.

Good day to all. It's a great place to visit. If you're in Cappadocia. Everything is at the highest level, thought out to the smallest detail. Without a numerical number of photo zones.
