We stayed at the hotel from 14.11 to 26.11.24. What we liked: the territory, nice and comfortable bungalows. The beach is just a fairy tale, the ocean is a dream. Animators for both adults and children work great. What I didn't like: The food. And it's not even that it doesn't exist. It's there. But the food is not delicious. Meat and fish are simply spoiled every day, it is not possible to eat. Edible pizza, pasta. It's better to bring tea with you. It's not delicious and usually black tea at breakfast ends quickly.
Among the disadvantages, golf and tennis are also worth noting. There is a mini golf course, but to get the clubs and the ball, you need to go through the floor of the hotel and take them by the pool. It's the same with tennis. As a result, no one is playing.
I liked the hotel! Rooms in the main building and bungalows. It has its own wide beach with numerous sun beds and umbrellas. Swimming pool. A large beautiful green area. Interesting animation: exercise, dancing, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, disco, daily evening show. Varied meals: buffet in the main restaurant, three themed restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Chinese), several bars with drinks and snacks.
We stayed at the hotel with my wife at the age of 24 for the May holidays. At first, what I liked: 1. Cool and large territory. Palm trees, mango trees, and beautiful iguanas grow all around. 2. The ocean is just a fairy tale, you won't find such species anywhere, you have your own beach, there were always enough sun beds, there was no such thing that you had to guard them, you came and immediately lay down. There is animation for both children and adults, they have worked their bread well. If you live in a bungalow, there is a free electric car that takes you right to the cabin. We lived in a bungalow, and cleaning was done quite often. Now for the cons: if you move into a bungalow, be prepared for the fact that the room stock is quite worn out and shabby, the furniture has already outlived its time, the Wi-Fi does not work in half of the houses, it depends on the coverage area, and in general the Wi-Fi is so-so. You always need to leave tea. Without a tip, even the waiters who bring you drinks in the dining room (yes, you can't pour water or any drinks there yourself) won't pay attention to you, I'm not talking about bartenders or room cleaning. Guided tours from a hotel guide are very expensive, if you look on the Internet, you can book 30/40 percent cheaper. The food is just average, half of the cooking is tasteless, the most edible are French fries, pizza and ice cream haha. That's all, they don't know how to cook fish, meat, fried eggs, too, fruit is so-so, and sometimes they were, and sometimes they weren't. Of the fruits, pineapple is the most edible. But compared to other places in Cuba, it's top.
