It's a pretty cozy hotel in itself, BUT as I always say, the devil is in the details.
The first point is the cost, I had the experience of renting an apartment on a daily basis, the price of an apartment in Moscow time is several times lower than an overnight stay in this hotel.
The second point is the bathroom, if you take a house in the courtyard, then in principle it is normal, but if you take a room near the reception, then you get into a LUXURY mini dorm, but with one bathroom for three rooms.
The hostess is a pretty pleasant, caring and friendly woman, the staff seems friendly too, but it seemed to me that the staff was afraid of something.
From here, the conclusion is as follows: it's nice and cozy at home, but the price and some conditions contrast too much with the quality. In fact, the rating is 3.5, but the friendliness of the hostess and the incredibly magical courtyard put 4.5, and since the stars are whole, the rating is 4.
In short, there is something to strive for. I wish the guest house success and prosperity.

It's the worst place I've seen in a long time. For a lot of money, a cold house that doesn't even have a closet. There's a terrible smell coming from the shower stall. Everything is heated by air conditioning, which makes noise so that it is impossible to sleep. The rest of the rooms have a shared toilet on the floor. No service for a lot of money.
