Hello, in the year of quality 2024, I decided to visit my favorite sports complex, where I trained as an amateur throughout 2023.She also constantly visited the spa with mineral water and departments for wellness procedures.On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to visit a new equipped playground, as it turned out - this is a playground, I purchased a promo code through Cream Buy LLC (cost 2.80 rubles), where it was written that umbrellas and sun loungers are included in the price of this promo code.As a result, I came to where there is a kilometer-long queue, there are no sun loungers and umbrellas, the cashier did not answer my question for what I pay money, another cashier was rude to me at all, saying that choose another place for yourself, I emphasize that this is the YEAR OF QUALITY - 2024.I probably don't understand, but quality is a high level of service, both in conversation with visitors and the organization of these wellness procedures.I understand that people from the region were brought, I am a Minsk resident myself, I have lived here all my life and I know that our district comes up with everything very well and organizes it with dignity!!!Of course, I was outraged by such a service, but I had to lie on the grass.Among the advantages, as always, there is mineral water in the pool, recreation areas are organized, pleasant prices for water, mineral water, even beer was sold, ice cream and fast food at the points of sale.Many thanks to coach Oksana, the recreation for swimming in the pool is very cool, thanks to her I not only swam, but also performed a set of good exercises, and there was also a good column with music.I have never been picky, but the quality of the services provided should be monitored if you wanted foreigners and citizens who pay for this service to come to you on vacation.
