We have already had this situation repeated twice in 3 years. It turns out that their clients earn extra money as testers and for this they also pay the Softservice company themselves. I had to work with different companies, but such a mess is only in Softservice LLC.

You have installed a connector, you write, you wait a very long time for an answer. We agree to call for work at a certain time. If you wait, postpone another job, you may not wait.
