A lovely hotel
It's not new, but it's well maintained.
Repairs are gradually underway on the lower floors, which means it will be even better soon.
The breakfasts are delicious
There are basic ingredients, but some positions change, which makes it less annoying. + as far as I know, desserts are delivered to this hotel by a local pastry shop, very tasty)
There were minor complaints, but everything was discussed and resolved quickly
The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. I would like to give separate 5 stars for all the guys.
Well, the location is also good
There are many shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. nearby.

Great hotel, everything is new, clean, warm, the breakfasts are sooo delicious.
The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, soap, and a puppy tooth!
There is also a swimming pool, billiards, sauna.
Convenient location, near a bank, supermarket Basket, cafe .
I recommend the hotel to everyone at any time of the year!

We stayed at this hotel in the summer. Everything is very good. The room is clean and the lighting is good. The room has everything you need from a refrigerator to an electric kettle. TV, Wi-Fi! The breakfast is a buffet, the products are fresh and the service is pleasant! They even gave us a small discount ! In general, we really liked everything! I recommend it!

We recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sofita HOTEL in Tashkent, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent reception and high level of service. We traveled in a large group, and the organization of our stay was thought out to the smallest detail.
From the first minutes we were greeted with a smile, which immediately set a positive mood. The rooms turned out to be spacious, very clean and stylish, and every detail of the interior was thought out for the convenience of guests. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and after long tours of Tashkent, it was especially important!
The staff deserves special praise — attentive, professional, always ready to help. All our requests were fulfilled promptly, and this created a feeling of special care. I would also like to mention the breakfasts: the dishes were delicious and varied, you could try something new every day.
In addition, the hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to the main attractions of the city. Our whole group was delighted with this trip and especially with the hotel. Our vacation in Tashkent was always under the supervision and help of the hotel staff! They helped with the phone, taxi, advice (very useful), the hotel staff were always on top. We lived with the children in a family room. A great quiet large room with two rooms, the air conditioners worked perfectly (it was over 40 degrees outside)! Clean hotel, new clean pool, excellent breakfasts. If we visit Tashkent again, we will definitely stay, there are 24/7 supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby at the Sofia hotel
