An amazing hotel. We arrived for 2 nights, and immediately extended for another one. Everything is very aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. Friendly staff, great room (we lived in villa #14, this is the second line, but the sea is still visible from the 2nd floor).
Beautiful large swimming pool. The water in early October is cooler in it than in the sea, and many people hang out there. But we got high from the sea.
We took HB - breakfast with dinner. On the first day, dinner was on the menu, you could choose soup or salad + hot and dessert. It seems like it's not enough if you're counting on a buffet, but in the end the portions are large, the salmon and mushroom soup are delicious, and the creme brulee is a dump of the head. The other two evenings were a buffet.
There are very tasty croissants for breakfast.
You can drink wine at the Veritas wine bar, which, by the way, is smoking. A glass of Alamos Malbec - 75 AED.
Of the cons - well, only if the dirty plates are slowly removed from the table in the restaurant. A few people may pass by and not pay attention to you.

Among the advantages are a large swimming pool, a slide for children, shallow pools for children, large rooms in villas, clean sea, good entrance to the sea, generally friendly staff. You can visit the restaurants of neighboring hotels by making an appointment in advance.
Of the disadvantages, 2 families were settled in villas with access to the construction site (I do not recommend 26, 27, 28 villas, since the construction will be a long time), the third family was settled in a room smaller than it was paid for.
The menu at breakfasts and dinners is not very diverse, since 19.11 the buffet has been changed to a la carte at lunches. Long service in all restaurants, there are a lot of waiters, but there is little sense from their fuss.
We had dinner in a French restaurant, we were not warned that a child can only eat for free according to the children's menu, and if he chooses from the general menu or a set according to which adults can choose, then only at full cost. This information was received only after dinner. Very unpleasant. They immediately announced the numbers to be recorded, brought the total bill for all. Proceedings for half an hour.
There are not enough sunbeds on the beach.
It seems that there is no manager who could promptly correct all the shortcomings and imperfections of the new hotel.

I liked the hotel! I especially liked the location of the room in the villa, it is very comfortable! 1801 villa! Many thanks to the hotel for this opportunity! The service is excellent, everyone is smiling, it's very nice! Sultan at the reception, a Russian speaker, a godsend for us! He's super! A very professional, friendly, sociable employee! The territory is green, relaxing music, nice beach. In the restaurant, I want to mention the Honey waitress separately! I really enjoyed the opportunity to have dinner at nearby hotels, dinner around. This service is very well organized. Overall, we are happy with the rest! Thanks again to the hotel! We will definitely be back soon!
